Dr. Michelli was so kind and understanding during the procedure. I appreciate that she explained every step of what she was doing, and gave us the space to grieve as Simba passed. It was a very sad experience, but I'm glad he got to go in the comfort of his home.

Dr Michelli was so kind and compassionate and made the experience as smooth as we could have hoped. It was a difficult decision to euthanize our family dog of 13 years, particularly because he was wary of strangers. We did not want him to be anxious or traumatized. Dr Michelli connected with us ahead of time to talk about how we could handle it, and as it turned out, Walker was comfortable and content with her visit in our backyard, so he was never upset during the whole experience. She made a difficult time into a peaceful moment where we could say our goodbyes without stress or trauma. We would never have wanted it any other way, and we are so grateful for her manner and compassionate nature.

we found ourselves in a situation where our dog Archie’s health took an unexpected turn and his health began declining rather suddenly and very quickly. The thought of having to put him down took my breath away, and when it became clear that was what we needed to do, I found CodaPet and Dr. Michelli had an opening to come out that day. I honestly did not know how or if I would be able to make it through the appointment. Maybe it was Devine intervention but the only reason I was able to get through the day is because of Dr. Michelli. She treated Archie, or family and our other dog were with such dignity and respect with what we were going through, but more than that, she was gentle, kind and compassionate in everything she did. She treated Archie with the same kind of we showed him daily. She gave us all the time we needed, and as much space as we needed to say goodbye. I will forever be grateful she was the veterinarian we found in Archie’s, and our time of need. Its been two weeks exactly since that day; not only has she reached out to me via text to see how I/we were handling the loss which I thought was very kind, buts she also sent us a handwritten condolence card in the mail. She’s absolutely amazing and will treat you and your pet with the utmost care.

Saying goodbye to my companion and best friend, Coco, was the hardest thing I have done. Dr. Nicolette Michelli made the experience pleasant, despite the situation. She was very patient with us and you could tell she sincerely cared. She even went above and beyond to make sure I had received Coco's ashes. I have three more fur babies and as long as Dr. Nicolette Michelli is available, I know the experience will be pleasant when that time comes again.

Dr. Michelli was very kind and compassionate, always mindful of how deeply we cared for Felix. She was so gentle and caring with him. Animals are always a great judge of character and all three of our dogs loved Dr. Michelli. Even our Charlie, who Dr. Michelli had come to see, was happy to see her. For someone who has to see people on some of the worst days of their lives, Dr. Michelli was compassionate and patient. To provide this service for people and their pets is a special calling and Dr. Michelli possesses a gift for making a horrible day less horrible. We are forever grateful to her.

Words can not express how grateful I am for Dr. Michelli. Nobody ever wants to go through the loss of a pet, but Dr. Michelli was an absolute blessing to go through this experience with. She was so compassionate and her professionalism was astonishing. The detailed care that went into the handling of my pet was extraordinary and beyond words. We are forever grateful to Dr. Nicolette Michelli for the compassion and care she showed our family. From the moment she arrived, she treated our Elsa with kindness, patience, and charity.
