Verified Veterinarian
When I was in high school, I was required to perform mandatory service hours. I started volunteering at a local stable and took care of all the horses, led trail rides, farm tours, etc. I decided I wanted to be able to give back to these animals that help us every day. I majored in Animal Sciences while in undergrad and then worked as a small animal surgery and anesthesia technician while awaiting my vet school acceptance. Originally, I went to veterinary school to specialize in equine sports medicine and radiology and I even completed an equine internship post-graduation. However, while I will still continue to work on horses, I would like to be able to give back to the community. Six months before starting vet school, I had to put down my beloved family rescue dog that I had for 10 years. She was terrified of everyone besides my mom and I, and she hated being in a vet office. Having to put her to sleep in a strange room surrounded by strange people was horrible. I would like to offer my services in order to help your furry friend cross the rainbow bridge in their own safe space, surrounded by the people they love.

Dr. Michelli was the most caring person during this difficult time. She loved on our pups, listened to all of our stories about her through the process and cried with us. It made the event easier to process through our grief. She is an amazing person to do what she does.
Dr. Michelli was so compassionate during this very difficult time. She made this experience so special and explained everything in detail. She gave us time to grieve with our boy and I’m so grateful that she was the one to take my baby over the rainbow bridge.
Dr. Michelli did an exceptional job taking easing our furry friends passage across the “rainbow” bridge. She made sure we knew how every step worked and made it as painless as possible. In a difficult time she provided a service that exceeded our expectations.
We are forever grateful to Dr. Nicolette Michelli for the compassion and care she showed our family. From the moment she arrived, she treated our Elsa with kindness, patience, and charity. She gently explained each step of the process, giving us the space and time to be present with our girl in her final moments without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Michelli took the time to personally send us a lovely handwritten card and followed up to ensure that Elsa’s ashes were returned to us. We will always remember Dr. Michelli's kindness.
I am so glad we had Dr. Michelli out to our house during this very difficult time. She was perfect. Could not asked more from the Dr.
Thank you for what you do. Letting go of our Molly was extremely difficult but we knew it was time since her illness had taken away her quality of life. I am grateful your service was available for my Molly. She was always afraid at the vet and I didn’t want her final moments in this world to be scary for her. She was able to be home, in her bed, without fear. It’s the best last thing I could give her and I will be forever grateful for the ability to do that for her. Your are an amazing and caring vet and I would recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you for what you do. My family and I will forever be thankful for you.
