We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

Dr. Karen Whala Was the absolute sweetest, most professional Dr that I’ve used for these services. Had I known about her years ago, I would’ve been using her for my previous pets when it was their time to be euthanized. She was very informational and told you everything she was doing before she did it. Dr. Karen Whala Truly made an INCREDIBLY difficult situation go smoothly and with her support. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Karen Whala more, honestly one of if not the best Dr to contact when in need of these services/ or an honest consultation of if your pet is even ready for euthanasia.
She was absolutely the very best❤️ She was so calm and kind and thoughtful, Rico was so calm when she just came into the room. He was so comfortable with her being there. I’ve had other animals put down at my house by other vets, she was the most kind and thoughtful and Caring in this whole, very sad experience. I do not have appropriate words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Struble and this precious service. We had to make this impossible decision very quickly, and I am so thankful that Dr. Struble was able to get to us within just a few short hours of scheduling. I am so thankful we didn't have to watch our precious Frankie suffer any longer, and that we didn't have to take him from his safety and comfort to do this. Dr. Struble was so patient and compassionate. She explained everything so well and gave us all the time we needed. She offered help and she even filled the role of therapist for me as I was breaking down and doubting my decision.
