Why I provide at-home pet euthanasia

I have always had a strong love for animals, combined with a fascination for science and problem solving I knew becoming a Veterinarian was my calling. After serving countless pets over the years, my professional interest has evolved into a desire to provide a source of help in the times most pets and their owners need it the most. I strive to provide the most compassionate, peaceful, and stress-free experience possible. Having seen way too many pets suffer or experience stress in their last moments in an unfamiliar environment, my goal is to help provide relief while ensuring your pet experiences the utmost love and comfort in their final moments.

What pet parents are saying

Dr Vernon was wonderful with the difficult decision of doing in home pet euthanasia. The way she comforted us and our dog not even knowing us made an awful decision a little bit more peaceful. Thank you Dr Vernon

Dr Christine was amazing. This was a very last minute decision to have Hank transition was incredibly heavy on my heart but her confirmation made my decision feel much better. Her kindness and compassion is so evident when you first meet her. She truly wears her heart on her sleeves and has the utmost respect and best interest for those involved. I love that my boy Hank gave her kisses and showed him her his favorite game before he peacefully passed away in my arms. She braved the cold morning of being outside with with us and I am so thankful that she walked into our lives. Thank you Codapet for making this mindful decision happen with communication and Grace.

Richard Parker, Little Richie. 2013-2024 We had to say goodbye to our sweet boy on the same day 11 years later September 4 2024. Dr Vernon made this excruciating day very peaceful as we helped our suffering boy home. She was very compassionate, patient and kind. I would highly recommend this in home service and certainly Dr Vernon in your time of need. 💔❤️

The moment was had an intimate, peaceful, and respectful feeling towards my pupper. It was the hardest moment I ever had to endure, but Dr. Vernon helped me with processing what I knew was already the right decision for my friend, and honoring him to the end. I am very grateful to have had her there.

Dr. Christina was so wonderful. She was patient with us and gave us as much time as we needed saying goodbye to our pup. She was gentle with her throughout the entire process and explained everything thoroughly so we weren't taken by surprise
