Your credit card is required to reserve your appointment. However, no payment is required until the appointment and nothing is due until the appointment is completed
We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

Extra time or medications needed can affect the total price. Other factors can be if it is decided that it’s not time to euthanize your pet after the vet has arrive. In that case, only the travel fee, platform fee, and a quality of life consult would apply.

It’s always hard making the decision to put down your dog. Unfortunately this wasn’t my first time. Normally I also do not write reviews but my experience with Dr. Hsia will be a lasting one. Macy our 12 year old family dog got to eat scrambled eggs for breakfast and steak for lunch. All 3 of our other dogs got to lay next to her as the doctor did his thing. Dr. Karen Whala Was the absolute sweetest, most professional Dr that I’ve used for these services. Had I known about her years ago, I would’ve been using her for my previous pets when it was their time to be euthanized. She was very informational and told you everything she was doing before she did it. Dr. Karen Whala Truly made an INCREDIBLY difficult situation go smoothly and with her support. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Karen Whala more, honestly one of if not the best Dr to contact when in need of these services/ or an honest consultation of if your pet is even ready for euthanasia.
Dr Gary was kind, caring, compassionate and patient. He answered all our questions and gave our family time to process the loss of our sweet girl. As heartbreaking as it was to say goodbye to our fur family member, Dr. Gary made it a calm and peaceful experience.

We had to make this impossible decision very quickly, and I am so thankful that Dr. Struble was able to get to us within just a few short hours of scheduling. Dr. Struble was so patient and compassionate. She explained everything so well and gave us all the time we needed. She offered help and she even filled the role of therapist for me as I was breaking down and doubting my decision.
