Your credit card is required to reserve your appointment. However, no payment is required until the appointment and nothing is due until the appointment is completed
We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

She carefully explained everything that was going to happen, and took the time to make sure that my 11 year old nephew understood and felt included in the process as well. It’s always hard making the decision to put down your dog. Unfortunately this wasn’t my first time. Normally I also do not write reviews but my experience with Dr. Hsia will be a lasting one. Macy our 12 year old family dog got to eat scrambled eggs for breakfast and steak for lunch. All 3 of our other dogs got to lay next to her as the doctor did his thing. We opted with home euthanasia and was not disappointed at all. From the beginning to end, Dr Gary was very professional, very kind and very supportive through this difficult decision. He sat on the floor where our dog was and proceeded the procedure where our dog was not comfortable. Dr Gary gave stepped outside to give us time to grieve. I definitely would recommend him!

Dr. Hsia was very kind and gentle with our beloved Jeffrey. I couldn’t not have asked for such an incredibly sad and emotional experience to have gone any better. He explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable with the process. It truly was a peaceful passing at home. I’m so grateful we were able to do this for Jeffrey and not have to drive him back to the pet hospital. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the same situation.

I was able to take nose and paw prints and he was just so communicative and caring. Literally exceeded our expectations and then some.
