Choosing in-home pet euthanasia for our beloved Cain was the best decision we could have made during such a heartbreaking time. Dr. Laura Smith brought an incredible amount of compassion, respect, and calm to our home. Being able to say goodbye to Cain in his own comfortable, familiar surroundings—without the stress of a final trip to a clinic—brought our family immense peace. We are so grateful for the dignity and gentle care shown to Cain in his final moments.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by David Joyner Dr.Sara was very polite and had a very warm energy. She came to my house on one of the hardest days of my life and she was gentle and her tone was very low and soft. She made sure we were all comfortable during the whole process and made us feel heard and seen. She was very professional and made sure to explain everything step by step. She was so gentle when she left the house with my baby. Thank you so much for being there and helping us get through a very difficult time.

5.0Jan 29 2026 by Ashley B. How does one ever fully come to grips with the decision to say goodbye to a family member? I don't know. That was a reality we had to face with our dog Blaze after just ten short years together. We wanted his last moments to be at home surrounded by us and his brothers. Our hearts were full of questions, anxiety, and grief, but when the time came, Dr. April Le Blanc gave us the support and reassurance we needed. She came to our home and was kind and warm and made sure Blaze was comfortable. We can't imagine having to go through this process without her guidance.

5.0Jun 07 2026 by Yiwei Gao Dr. Sara Gardhouse provided exceptional compassion and care during one of the hardest moments of my life. She came to my home to help my sweet cat, Abby, peacefully end her long decline in health. Dr. Gardhouse was gentle, respectful, and incredibly kind to both of us. Her presence brought comfort and dignity to a heartbreaking experience. I am deeply grateful for her support.

5.0Dec 07 2025 by Peter D. Dr. Sara was incredible. She was kind and patient, thorough in her explanation of the process, and helped make a very difficult process easier. I’m really thankful for her.

5.0Jan 30 2026 by Brendan E. Me and my family had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our family cat Charlie who had been with us for over 18 years after his health suddenly declined into his old age, and Dr. Kristin Kemper was such a blessing to have to help us go through the entire process.
We chose in home pet euthanasia, and she was so beyond kind, patient and understanding towards us during what was easily one of the worst days of mine and my family’s life. Not only that, but the process was extremely peaceful for our Charlie and he experienced no pain or discomfort the entire time. It was done in the backyard, one of his favorite places, and Dr. Kemper showed our boy tremendous respect from beginning to end.
Despite it still being one of the most difficult decisions we’ve ever had to make, I’m so grateful we were able to do it peacefully for him in a place that was familiar to him, and without pain or fear. Dr. Kemper ensured that Charlie was well taken care of, and he went easily, surrounded by the people who love him most, and in his favorite place in the world, and she is to thank for that.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Em Davis She was absolutely wonderful during a very hard time. Such a painful time, that it's taken me months to be able to write this review. But she deserves it, and will be a wonderful kind choice in your time of need as she was for us.

5.0May 28 2026 by Jeremy F. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our old friend Devo and we were fortunate enough to work with Dr. Daniela Lutri to schedule an in home pet euthanasia appointment. She was so kind, professional, and comforting during an extremely emotional time. She made sure he was comfortable and at ease during the process and continuously checked in with me and how I was doing through each step. With her help, Devo was able to pass in the comfort of our own home, under our big tree and in my lap. Though I hope it won’t be for a long while, I would undoubtedly contact her again for her assistance. I have recommended not only in home pet euthanasia to my friends and family with pets, but also recommended her specifically. I am so grateful for her and her help.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Kayla Kimmel Dr Meadows and Abby had so much patience and understanding with us during our beloved 15 year old pit bull Ana’s passing. They answered all our questions and concerns with compassion and kindness.
They were outstanding in how they treated Ana with respect and tenderness.
Their follow-up support page is a great tool for assisting with our grief and feelings of extreme loneliness.
Highly recommended.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by RICHARD GARNETT Dr. Sara was absolutely the kindest person, we were so torn on what to do with the poor older dog and we knew he was in such pain. Caring Pathways and Dr. Sara were exactly what we needed in this tough decision and heartbreaking reality.

5.0Mar 27 2026 by Maggie S. It was heart-breaking to say good-bye to our beloved cat, Yeti. When he was so ill he stopped eating and drinking, we knew we had to help him cross the rainbow bridge- he was in so much pain. CodaPet helped Yeti to cross to the other side at home, in a safe place, surrounded by love and family. At home pet euthanasia helped us make Yeti's passing as painless and stress-free for our cat as possible - a trip in the car to the vet in the cat carrier was one of his least favorite things. Being able to avoid that as one of his last experiences with us was a gift.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Carol Artacho-Guerra Dr. Brittany Rizzo was so compassionate and understanding when it was time for us to say goodbye to our Max. Having this done at home made it so much easier and it was so much more comfortable for Max to not have to go somewhere strange. Thank you!🩷

5.0Jun 07 2026 by Denise Ray Our experience with Christina Divine was very positive. She was a sweet friendly person who took the time to explain all aspects of the procedure. She did it in a respectful way that made all of us comfortable. It is an awful thing to go through. I highly recommend her. May jazzy jasper RIP.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Michelle Courtney Saying goodbye to our beloved dog far too early was the hardest day of my life but Dr. Caitlin Klepper helped make a hard day incredibly special. The at-home service was exactly the environment our hearts needed to grieve and say goodbye to Phoebe. We had soft music playing, Phoebe was surrounded by all the people she loved dearly, and Dr. Klepper was so sincere, respectful, informational, and comforting. She walked us through each step and did it in our own time. I still replay the day in my head over and over again and as hard as it is, it was a day that was filled with so much peace as well. I highly recommend CodaPet if you’re able. The bedside manner that was displayed is one you pray humans get as well.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Carisah Clark Dr. Thomas was so pleasant and helpful in the care provided for our sweet penny. Such a comfort for our cat to pass away at home painlessly without the added stress traveling to the veterinarian’s office.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Les Schwanbeck Dr. Sara was very supportive. We have lost two older dogs in less than a year. Always a difficult decision. Having this service at home was less stressful on our pets. Thank you for your support.

5.0Feb 20 2026 by Bernadette H. Dr Sara was incredible. She was incredibly compassionate for Both Tux and his family. Could not recommend someone more highly if you have to make this difficult decision.

5.0Sep 15 2025 by Jeremiah B. A very wonderful caring , warm and compassionate Dr Sara Gardhouse was the right person in my life to take care of my needs when it came to the final day of Rex’s life here on earth. She was accommodating to where I wanted. Rex euthanized . That to me was the greatest gift of all. Even though it rained all day, we went forward, so Rex wouldn’t suffer anymore.
She answered questions I had after the procedure, when I was overwhelmed with heartbreak and grief, stating she was there for me if I needed.
Dr. Sara Gardhouse, I can’t say enough how grateful I had her by our side, it was comforting.
I would recommend her to anyone that needs in-home or out of home euthanasia. You’re in the best care with this great doctor..
thank you

5.0Oct 08 2025 by Leia H. Dr. Shanina Halbert is a compassionate and professional veterinarian who came to our home to help us when the difficult time came to put our 17-year-old cat, Manuelita, to rest. She was kind, communicative and gentle, and went above and beyond to make sure our cat felt safe on her final journey and went peacefully at home in our arms. Her calm bedside manner, clear communication, and genuine kindness made a painful experience much more manageable. She arrived promptly after short, off-hours notice, and treated our home and pet with great respect, care, and dignity. I am deeply grateful to and highly recommend CodaPet and Dr. Halbert to anyone seeking a caring, dignified at-home euthanasia service for a beloved pet.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by John Coulter We had in home euthanasia this week for our beloved 17 year old cat Figaro. It was an emotional experience, but CodaPet and Dr. Courtney Mills made it a peaceful one. They were there for the whole thing. She was compassionate, understanding, gentle. I would recommend her and this company in a heartbeat for anyone wanting something personal for the passing our their baby.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Jodi Tower I had to make the painful decision of putting my dog, Luna, down, and wanted to do it at home. Not only was the price fair, but Dr. Gardhouse was amazing. She came earlier than the scheduled arrival time, had a very calm and caring demeanor, and answered all questions. She worked at my pace and enjoyed watching us give my girl a last meal of chicken nuggets, popcorn, and chocolate chips cookies. This decision was not easy, but Dr. Gardhouse was the perfect provider to use. She took great care of my girl and even sent a follow up card in the mail sending her regards. Could not recommend her enough, there’s a special place for humans like her that do this work?

5.0Oct 09 2025 by Valarie A. Dr. Stukey and CodaPet made one of the hardest decisions we as pet owners have to make.
She handled my Bentley with the same amount of care and compassion as if she had raised him herself. She communicated everything step by step, never once rushed the process and only processed when I felt comfortable.
Thank you for everything you did for us, Dr. Stukey. ❤️

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Michael Kurr Dr. Sara Gardhouse was so caring and compassionate during our in home pet euthanasia. Though an emotional time, she made a peaceful transition for my 14 year old dog. I would highly recommend her.

5.0Jan 19 2026 by Cassi P. I've had to say goodbye to multiple pets through the years and working with Coda Pet made it so much easier than before. Dr. Stukey was incredible; compassionate, informative, and nonjudgemental. It was worth every penny.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Wende Baker This was my first time ever using an at-home euthanasia service. I don't think I will ever do it any other way in the future, if at all possible.
Dr. Perzak was so wonderful. She was so kind and caring. She really helped make my Mystic's passing beautiful. I can't thank her enough.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Molly Minckler A kind, gentle, loving and genuinely professional person, Dr. Somerset was exactly who we needed to help our 20 1/2 year old cat, Emma, in her transition. I met Dr. Somerset as a vet at the office and now as a person who helps animals and their pet parents at the end of life. She was understanding and real. The energy that she exuded the entire time was love and compassion, She made an extremely difficult and stressful decision easier for both me and my husband. Enough said. Our Emma is over the rainbow now.✨🌈✨ Safe and sound. Thank you, Dr Somerset. . . from the depth of our hearts. ✨💖✨
(This is our second experience with CodaPet. Both experiences have been exceptional in Professionalism, Loving Kindness and Compassion. In both situations, we were able to get an appointment the very same day that we called.)

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Liza Elliott Dr. Sara was phenomenal. This is not the first pet I have had to let go however, with Dr. Sara’s help, understanding and compassion it was the most peaceful. She is patient and allowed us to move at our pace. Thank you again. You are a saint!

5.0Mar 19 2026 by Susan G. Dr. Gardhouse was very kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. Nothing could have made the day easier, but Dr. Gardhouse gave us all the time that we needed and to say our goodbyes and walked us through every step. We felt relieved knowing our Uno passed surrounded at home with a big belly full of salmon, surrounded by her loved ones and without pain.

5.0Sep 09 2025 by Lindsey E. I am so thankful I found CodaPet when it was time to put my little Squeaky down. Dr. Christina is and was nothing short of an actual angel! She explained the process and also let us have our time with Squeaky to say goodbye. She was compassionate and caring. Gentle with us in our worst moment and understanding. She asked questions to get us talking about Squeaky’s life and not just her passing. My other cat who is usually skittish even came by to say hello. My wish was always for Squeaky to pass comfortably and safely at home in my arms with us and Dr. Christina gave us that gift. It’s never a perfect time to say goodbye or an easy decision to make but Dr. Christina made me feel supported. She even checked in with me a few days after. She is wonderful and I’m so happy I found CodaPet and Dr. Christina because I was able to give my little girl the goodbye she deserved. Lastly she even gifted us a small handmade pillow that I placed in Squeaky’s favorite spot and the gift made her spot feel less empty. It was such a touching gesture and one I desperately needed. Thank you again CodaPet and Dr. Christina.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Stephanie Curry Dr. Sara was very kind, compassionate, and patient and we are grateful for the gift of relief and peace she gave to our beloved Kitty in her final moments in the comfort of her own home. I can’t think of any way that Dr Sara could have made one of our hardest days any easier. Forever grateful that it was her who provided that service for us.

5.0Oct 07 2025 by Vilma M. Dr.Sara was so kind and comforting during our visit. She really made the process a little easier to deal with. I will definitely use her again when the time comes for my other fur baby to go meet her sister on the rainbow bridge.
Sara was calm, kind, and attentive to our grief. I'm so glad I decided to go with in-home and Sara was a big part of being happy with that decision.

5.0Sep 01 2025 by Cathy C. Dr April Le Blanc provided exceptional care and attention. She is very experienced, knowledgable, friendly and calming. She explained what would happen, allowed us private time with our beloved pet cat, and assisted me in holding him through his last minutes of life. We recommend her most highly, and will always be grateful for her skill and her caring, warm guidance through this very difficult transition.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Katie Richards Dr. Ann Gonnering was an exceptional doctor and gave great care to both our dog and our family. She came in and explained to us the process, what it would look like, what we would see, and how it would end. She was very calm and comforting and understanding. We have never been through a process like this before and we would definitely use Dr. Ann again. Thank you so much.

5.0Jun 08 2026 by Lauren Pedecone Dr. Sara was so kind and caring. She was patient and understanding. She recognized our need to just “be” with our sweet Jack a little while longer. She showed tons of love for Lil Jack. She gave us a safe space to “ugly cry” as we helped our sweet boy cross the rainbow bridge.
Thank you, Dr. Sara for helping make one of the most painful things we’ve ever had to do hurt just a little less with your love and compassion for “furbabies” & their humans!
