Dr. Wratten is a gem of a person. She brought such a gentle, peaceful energy to such a heavy moment. She was so kind to both Diego and me, and was mindful of both the physical and emotional elements. I appreciate her so much and will forever be grateful that she was the one to aid with this transition.

5.0Jun 14 2026 by Donna U. There are no words to truly express how grateful we are for Dr. Wratten. Losing our beloved dog, Jack, was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of our lives, but Dr. Wratten was truly an angel sent to us during our darkest moment.
From the moment she walked into the room, she treated Jack with such dignity, gentleness, and love. Her compassion and kindness helped ease some of the overwhelming sadness, anxiety, stress, and grief that we were feeling. She took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made sure Jack's final moments were peaceful and filled with love.
While nothing can take away the pain of losing a cherished family member, Dr. Wratten's empathy and genuine care made an unbearable situation a little easier to endure. We will never forget the comfort she provided to both Jack and our family.
Thank you, Dr. Wratten, for your kindness, your compassion, and for helping us say goodbye to our sweet Jack with peace and dignity. We will be forever grateful.

5.0May 22 2026 by Randall C. Dr Wratten treated us all like family. She made me find a little solace on this traumatizing day by how she worked and helped us send our beloved Dexter over the Rainbow Bridge. She was better than I expected in taking care of my baby.

5.0May 31 2026 by George R. Dr. Wratten was exactly what was needed as we put our beloved dog, Nova, down. As soon as I opened the door she gave me a huge hug and asked how I was doing. She was kind, light hearted, funny amidst the grief, and helped to ensure Nova was as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come along in that moment.

5.0May 10 2026 by Tyne A. Sarah was wonderful and supportive in this difficult time. She accommodated all of our requests for Lilly's last day. She was very kind and gentle, explaining the process to us, making sure any questions we had were answered, and giving us the time and space needed to say goodbye.

5.0May 19 2026 by Travis H. Dr Wratten was amazing. Hard to mix all these feelings at this tragic moment, but she, somehow, made it. We decided by an euthanasia in home. Dr Wratten did everything in the most humane way, explaining every step, respecting our moment, and giving comfort. Thank you so much for your work! I know it may sound counter intuitive, but the way she conducted the in-home euthanasia reduced our pain, from our cat and to us as well.

5.0May 25 2026 by Gabriel A. Very caring sensitive and informed us on every step and that to expect. She gave us the time before during and after to be with our joey

5.0May 21 2026 by Jennifer C. Coco was our rescued cat for 10+ years and we had poor experience with taking our previous cats to the vets for their final trip. So when we saw CodaPet, we were blessed to have Dr. Sarah Wratten administer Coco's last moments with us. We had Coco here quietly with her favorite smells and sounds and us around.
Dr Sarah was gentle, compassionate and, most of all, reassuring as we had never had our other cats euthanized with us at home. Dr. Sarah talked us through each step both before and during. And it was like Coco fell asleep in our laps and peacefully transitioned. Of course, we were Very Sad but experienced the most gentle passing we could hope for. No drama, no noise, at her home for so many years.
This is always going to be a tough moment for any pet owner but CodaPet and Dr. Sarah met the moment with professionalism, grace, and calm that made it the best send-off for Coco we could have ever hoped for.

5.0May 30 2026 by Glenn H. We unfortunately had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our 17-year-old dog, Rosy.
When Dr. Sarah Warren arrived, she immediately embraced my parents with a hug as if she were an old friend. From the moment she came to Rosy and me, she gave off such a calm, loving, and comforting presence that even in one of the most painful moments of our lives, she brought us peace.
She explained the entire process with such respect, compassion, and clarity. She climbed onto the bed with Rosy and me, gently gave her sedation, pet her, talked to her, and comforted not only us, but Rosy too. Rosy was my baby, and seeing how much genuine love and care Dr. Sarah had for her was incredibly heartwarming. You can truly see and feel how deeply she loves animals.
She gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye and allowed me to make every decision about the next steps when I was ready. She made an unbearable moment just a little bit easier, and for that, I will never be able to thank her enough. Without me even needing to say the words, she understood when I was ready to say goodbye to my baby forever and comforted me through the hardest moment of my life.
I am so thankful that she was the one there during Rosy’s final moments. She will forever have a special place in all our hearts for the work she does and the kindness she showed Rosy and us.
She allowed us to carry my baby into the box and out to the car ourselves. The next morning, I decided I wanted to do a witness cremation. I immediately texted Dr. Sarah and received a reply within minutes. She personally helped place a hold on Rosy and even called and emailed the crematorium herself to ensure everything would be arranged.
I was drowning in grief, yet she took that burden into her own hands and helped make it possible for me to see Rosy one last time before cremation. Because of Dr. Sarah, I was able to create more keepsakes and have a witness cremation a few days later. I truly cannot find the words to express how much that meant to me.
Thank you, Dr. Sarah, from the bottom of my heart for treating Rosy and us with so much love and kindness. 🤍
