Our sweet Molly’s condition rapidly deteriorated over Easter weekend. Not only were most doctors offices closed, but we didn’t want her to feel the stress of a bumpy car ride or loud waiting room at an emergency clinic. We sat on the couch with her thinking, there has to be a way for her to pass here at home. A quick Google search and glance over the reviews and we knew this was the only way we wanted her last moments to be. I immediately called and was able to make an appointment for that evening. The price was extremely reasonable and gave us the option for cremation. Dr. Greta Goranova arrived on time and was compassionate and thoroughly explained the process. Our sweet girl was able to leave this world laying down in her front yard with her mom and dad beside her. I will forever cherish that moment and know it was the most beautiful, peaceful way for her to go. Thank you Dr for everything. The scheduling of the appointment to the send off couldn’t have gone smoother.

This was such a hard decision but Dr. Greta Goranova, made us and our sweet girl feel at ease. Dr Greta took her time, didn’t rush us through we were able to say proper good byes and when Dr Greta left I asked her not to cover our sweet girl’s head , she did not. It was so peaceful and private. Thank you for being so kind and professional.

Dr Greta was truly amazing. My dog Flynn was a 14 year old yellow lab who recently began to decline the past few months. With the difficult decision to put your best friend down, Dr Greta truly gave us the opportunity to give the last selfless gift to Flynn in the comfort of our home. We gave flynn the last best day here on earth and then decided to make the call. Dr Greta was so understanding and comforted us throughout the process she also spent some time with Flynn petting her and talked to us about the beautiful life she had here with us for 14 years. As hard as it was, I also felt comfort in knowing flynn was comfortable in her own home with her family surrounding her and with dr Greta. We cannot Thankyou enough for all that you have done, when dr Greta left our home an hour or so later I found a small vile with Flynn’s hair placed in the vile with a card offering condolences. Truly amazing, again Thankyou ! The process after with receiving the ashes as well went so quickly.

Having to say goodbye to our Roxy was so difficult, but the service they provided helped ease some of the pain. Roxy was able to go in peace, surrounded by her family. Dr Goranova was amazing. She came out to our house in the middle of the night, so that we didn’t have to continue watching our poor Roxy suffer anymore. Dr Goranova explained everything. She was so kind and gentle. Although the experience was bittersweet, we highly recommended the folks at CodaPet, especially Dr Goranova.

Dr. Goranova was incredibly kind and compassionate with the loss of our beloved bulldog. She sympathetically explained the euthanasia process, and was very patient with us as we made the difficult decision to let her go. She made an incredibly painful and emotional situation easier. I cant imagine another way to say goodbye.

We had to put our oldest dog down 6 days before we had to put Tate down and we used lap of love and I'm going to tell you the experience between the two or night and day. I will never ever recommend or use this company or that doctor again. Not only did I feel judged as she kept repeating how dehydrated my dog was, but my 17-year-old daughter felt judged as well. She didn't take any time and showed no compassion. Her bedside manner was horrible and it almost seemed as though she rushed us through the process. Lap of love was here for an hour. We were giving our dog treats. We were petting him. She asked when we were ready. She left the room after administering the first dose that puts him to sleep to give us privacy and then she left again when he passed so we can say our goodbyes and gave us privacy. Put him on a stretcher with blankets and carried them out to the car. This doctor puts my dog in a body bag (and I didn't appreciate that. She called it a body bag) in a basket. And then I felt completely blindsided when I went into my driveway where her car was parked to ask if I could change the urn and her boyfriend or husband was sitting in the driver seat waiting for her with a puppy in the car. My husband later then said that he was very unhappy with her and that he was wondering why the car was running in the driveway the whole time. That is insane and you charge $1,000 for this? I would have paid $2,000 for lap of love to come back out. Unfortunately they didn't have any doctors available. Tate was my best friend for 14 years. This has been a devastating loss for me and I am extremely extremely disappointed and upset with how this doctor handled the situation. I know she was dehydrated. She didn't have to keep saying it over and over again. I took her to the vet the day before and they did blood work and found out that morning that she was in kidney failure. I did everything that I could for my dog and then I knew it was time. She is the worst doctor ever. I will never recommend this company and I will never get that horrible experience out of my head. She should not be allowed around dogs and leaving her car running in the driveway with her husband or boyfriend or whoever it was in the car. And then she hands me some crappy death certificate. When we got our other dog's ashes back from the crematorium they had so many nice things in a bag to give us including his death certificate which was printed out and pretty and nice. Not a piece of copy paper that she just jotted the name and date down on. It was very very disrespectful and very hard. She has no compassion or bedside manner and I'm very disappointed. Again. I would never recommend this company to anybody, especially not that doctor. She did not care about my dog or my family.

Doctor Goranova was a blessing as we went through the euthanasia experience together with 18 year old Wayne. She was consoling and sympathetic expressing how meaningful connecting owner and pet was at this momentous event as a loving pet came to the end of its life. ❤️ Love and blessings 🙌 for a job well done.
