It took me a bit to be able to leave a review after the loss of my loving pup. For 15 years my girl never left my side and in the end it was truly hard for me. I couldn’t even speak. Dr. Gerston understood what I was going through and explained every step in the process. With no words being said on my end she gave me patience and time and never rushed the process. She even brought a treat for girl. Dr. Gersten was absolutely wonderful during this process.
Dr. Gersten was a real professional to help us through the difficult time of putting our 12-yr-old poodle to sleep. Her manner was most caring and sympathetic. She also was experienced and fully prepared to handle our needs. We certainly recommend her to everyone in our position with a beloved pet when this time comes.
As hard as a process of choosing when is the right time to put your pet to sleep is, I can say our vet and coda pet made that process much easier. Our beloved dog was able to remain in the comfort of her own home without stress and anxiety. It was a peaceful process for her and the care and consideration the vet had for my feelings and time were greatly appreciated. I received her ashes back much quicker than expected and the package was just what I hope for. Thank you for everything.
