We will always be grateful to Dr. Daniela Lutri for the kindness and compassion she showed us when we had to say goodbye to our dog, Daisy. It was one of the hardest moments of our lives, and she handled it with so much care and gentleness.
She spoke to us like real people, took her time, and treated Daisy with so much love and respect. Nothing felt rushed or clinical—just calm, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. In a moment when our hearts were breaking, her presence truly mattered.

Dr. Daniela did something completely different from anything I had experienced with my other pets, and it brought me an incredible amount of comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life.
In the past, my pets were given an IV in their leg before any pain medication or sedation. It was upsetting to watch because they were uncomfortable, fighting the process, and clearly stressed. With Dr. Daniela, my cat never even flinched.
She used a gentle three step process that allowed my cat to peacefully cross the Rainbow Bridge in my arms without fear, pain, or the discomfort of needles and IV placement.
First, she used a tiny needle to give him an opioid and pain medication in the scruff area. The needle was so small he did not even notice it. She then waited about 10 minutes, and during that time he was completely relaxed, comfortable, pain free, and calm.
Next, when I was ready, she gave him a sedative with another very small needle in his back leg. Because he was already relaxed and on opioids, he did not react at all! Then, when I was ready, she administered the final medication.
The entire process felt gentle, calm, and compassionate. Dr. Daniela explained every step with kindness and empathy, which helped me tremendously through my grief.
I am completely at peace with how everything happened. Knowing my cat passed away feeling safe, comfortable, and loved in my arms gives me enormous comfort. After experiencing this level of care, I would never choose any other approach for my pets in the future.
At end, Dr. Daniela brought out a really comfy pet bed lined with fluffy blankets to take my fur baby away. That made me feel even better about the entire situation knowing his last trip was exactly how he would have loved it to be.

Upon learning of Frosty's pain, she expedited her arrival. I'm profoundly grateful that she arrived earlier than expected, as my Frosty was suffering.
Frosty was loved by so many and so I am beyond thankful to have found this at home service. Despite the sadness of the moment, it was touching to have everyone who loved my dog present to bid farewell.

Dr. Daniela is an angel. I wasn’t sure what to expect going through the in-home euthanasia process and Dr. Daniela was kind enough to answer questions.
I was able to give my beloved Scooby some of his favorites: cream cheese, whipped cream, and as we began: his absolute favorite: cheeseburgers.
Dr. Daniela explained each step as we went along and it helped calm me, which helped keep Scooby calm.
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Daniela for helping me give Scooby the opportunity to transition with dignity in the comfort of his home.
I had Scooby for nearly 12 years, the ultimate best friend, he helped me through illness, the loss of my father. I rescued him from a high-kill shelter, but really, he rescued me.

However, CodaPet provided a memorable and empathetic experience from beginning to end. The scheduling of our boys rest day was hard, however, the scheduler was very empathetic and validated my feelings throughout the entire phone process.
But the most truly memorable piece to our experience was the wonderful care that my family and Rocko received from Dr. Daniela Lutri. First, Dr. Lutri was very communicative and available as we awaited her arrival to our home. Upon arrival, Dr. Lutri made us feel like only our situation mattered and provided a truly specialized and focused experience. Dr. Lutri even took it upon herself to invite questions and was very caring and patient with our feelings, including to my two young nephews who were present. Lastly, I want to add that Dr. Lutri’s effort and care didn’t end on my baby’s rest day. Dr. Lutri remained very responsive to follow ups and followed through with our expedited want for our babies arrival back home.

She gave us a big hug as soon as she walked in. We had to put down a sister and a brother 8 days apart. It was devasting but, Daniel was so comforting. She reassured us they would be out of pain and happier. Both had stopped eating and were crying from pain from their illness. She rearranged her schedule just so she could come back for our other dog 8 days after the first one. She even hand delivered both cedar boxes of ashes together. 5.0Jul 29 2023 by Michelle G Dr. Daniella Lutri is an Angel! I contacted her last Sunday at about 11am as we decided that morning that it was time for our Ginger girl to be euthanized. Dr. Lutri worked us into her schedule and was at our home by 4pm.
She walked us through exactly what she was going to do and how we might have our other dog nearby to help her understand what was going on. Dr. Lutri took her time at each step explaining how our Ginger might react and gave us the opportunity to give her lots of love (and treats!) to help distract her and make it as easy as possible for all of us.
Our Ginger girl passed in the most peaceful way laying in her bed with us around her. She felt no pain. It was by far the best way we could have ever hoped for our girl to go. We are SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Lutri. She was amazing at every step. I hope I don’t have to see her for a while but I will not hesitate to call her again when needed. Thank you so much!

We have done this with other pets but Dr. Lutri was the best. She eased Ruby to kitty heaven and kept us calm throughout the procedure. She even followed up with us a few times to make sure we were okay. And sent us a lovely sympathy card.

Dr. Daniela Lutri came to our home and assisted our fur baby to cross over. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Lutri for the extraordinary compassion and care she provided during a difficult moment in our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved fur baby was heartbreaking, but Dr. Lutri’s presence brought a sense of peace and dignity to the experience that we will never forget.
From the moment she arrived, Dr. Lutri was kind, gentle, and incredibly patient. She took the time to ask us about our fur baby, and our fur baby’s health issues. As she became acquainted with our fur baby, she pointed out some other health issues that were obvious to her. Hearing Dr. Lutri share them with us validated that we were making the right decision.
Dr. Lutri explained everything to us with tenderness and respect, allowing us to move at our own pace. Her calm and compassionate demeanor created a safe space for our family to grieve and say goodbye.
The way Dr. Lutri guided our baby through her final moments was nothing short of beautiful. It was peaceful, serene, and filled with love—exactly what we had hoped for. Knowing our fur baby passed in the comfort of her home, surrounded by love and without fear, has brought us immense comfort in our grief.
Dr. Lutri is truly a gift to families navigating the loss of a cherished companion. Her work is more than a service—it’s a calling, and we are forever thankful for her grace and empathy.

My baby went across the rainbow bridge. Peacefully she departed with Daniela by my side.
This has been the second most heartbreaking moment in my life. Daniela saw me at my worst, crying, unable to speak and somber. She had such care and compassion. I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to help me the way she did. I would only work with Daniela if I had to go through this again. Please see my feedback as authentic. I usually don’t talk about my experiences. But Daniela aiding us through this tough time really resonated with me.

Her love for our animals and expertise on what we were about to experience was so comforting to make our decision to move forward and commit to putting our love one to peace, It's my first time going though grieving for a dog, she was so special to our family and wouldn't have wanted to go through it any other way. 5.0Sep 16 2025 by Janet G. I really can't say enough about Dr. Daniela. We had a shock one day as our dog, who had been quite well, suddenly developed a pericardial effusion. Long story short, he didn't have more than about 24 hours to live. We called Dr. Daniela as she was wonderful with our daughters dog. I called her at night and was surprised to find she was able to come over the same night. Our dog being able to pass in the comfort of a favorite spot made us feel better for him. Dr Daniela has so much kindness, and compassion. She truly made this very difficult time a bit easier with her comforting words, understanding and gentle handling of our dog Bowie. She is truly a one of a kind wonderful person

You could tell she's a sweet person and she's real passionate about her job as she cares she is a heaven on earth angel. I'm glad I found her and the company that they work for. I miss my fur baby so much but I know he's not suffering no more. I know I'll see him again in heaven I love him with all my heart. I recommend Dr Daniela to anyone that has to deal with this with their fur baby thank you again Dr Daniela and her team.

I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and loving vet to help me go through this process. She explained every step of the process and made sure that my family and I were comfortable. I really do feel this was the best possible way to go. Dr.Daniela was so caring, kind, understanding, and informative. I knew my fur baby was in good and safe hands with her. It meant so much to me how she was so attentive to me and my baby. She made this transition a lot easier and did not rush our good byes. I would thank her everyday for making my fur baby peaceful and comfortable. She is one of a kind. Dr.Daniela is so strong for you and your fur baby.
