During this very stressful time, it's easy to second-guess our decisions, and the timing of those gut-wrenching end of life matters, and Dr. Lutri assured us that we were acting in Emma's best interest.

There are no words that fully capture the gratitude I feel for Dr. Daniela Lutri. During the most heartbreaking moment of my life, she showed up with an incredible amount of compassion, patience, and gentleness. She treated my sweet Harley with such dignity and respect, and she treated me with kindness when I was completely broken.
Dr. Lutri took the time to explain everything, never rushed a single step, and made sure Harley was comfortable, peaceful, and surrounded by love. The calm presence she brought into my home made an unbearable situation feel just a little more humane and a little less terrifying.
Saying goodbye to a soul dog is devastating, but knowing Harley passed quietly, pain-free, and in my arms is something I will forever be grateful for. Dr. Lutri gave us the gift of a peaceful goodbye, and that is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Long story short, he didn't have more than about 24 hours to live. We called Dr. Daniela as she was wonderful with our daughters dog. 5.0Jan 26 2026 by Gary C. Dr. Daniella Lutri is an Angel! I contacted her last Sunday at about 11am as we decided that morning that it was time for our Ginger girl to be euthanized. Dr. Lutri worked us into her schedule and was at our home by 4pm.
She walked us through exactly what she was going to do and how we might have our other dog nearby to help her understand what was going on. Dr. Lutri took her time at each step explaining how our Ginger might react and gave us the opportunity to give her lots of love (and treats!) to help distract her and make it as easy as possible for all of us.
Our Ginger girl passed in the most peaceful way laying in her bed with us around her. She felt no pain. It was by far the best way we could have ever hoped for our girl to go. We are SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Lutri. She was amazing at every step. I hope I don’t have to see her for a while but I will not hesitate to call her again when needed. Thank you so much!

He had terminal lung cancer and suddenly was struggling to breathe. We knew it was finally time to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our best friend. We contacted Dr.Daniela after reading her amazing reviews. We wanted nothing but the best for our boy and she is it!

During our appointment she immediately put our pup at ease (he took to her right away.)

And in the comfort of his home, with his favorite blanket, surrounded by so much love our boy very peacefully went to sleep.

Dr. Daniela did something completely different from anything I had experienced with my other pets, and it brought me an incredible amount of comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life.
In the past, my pets were given an IV in their leg before any pain medication or sedation. It was upsetting to watch because they were uncomfortable, fighting the process, and clearly stressed. With Dr. Daniela, my cat never even flinched.
She used a gentle three step process that allowed my cat to peacefully cross the Rainbow Bridge in my arms without fear, pain, or the discomfort of needles and IV placement.
First, she used a tiny needle to give him an opioid and pain medication in the scruff area. The needle was so small he did not even notice it. She then waited about 10 minutes, and during that time he was completely relaxed, comfortable, pain free, and calm.
Next, when I was ready, she gave him a sedative with another very small needle in his back leg. Because he was already relaxed and on opioids, he did not react at all! Then, when I was ready, she administered the final medication.
The entire process felt gentle, calm, and compassionate. Dr. Daniela explained every step with kindness and empathy, which helped me tremendously through my grief.
I am completely at peace with how everything happened. Knowing my cat passed away feeling safe, comfortable, and loved in my arms gives me enormous comfort. After experiencing this level of care, I would never choose any other approach for my pets in the future.
At end, Dr. Daniela brought out a really comfy pet bed lined with fluffy blankets to take my fur baby away. That made me feel even better about the entire situation knowing his last trip was exactly how he would have loved it to be.

Dr. Daniela Lutri was so wonderful with helping us with knowing that we made the right decision. She came to my mom’s house and not only comforted Molly but also my mom who was taking everything the hardest. Putting your loved family pet down is never an easy decision, but she helped us feel confident it was the right call for Lexi who was beginning to suffer with age. Throughout the whole appointment, she put our dog first and made sure Lexi was relaxed, comfortable, and surrounded by love. Beyond that, she came into our home in what was a difficult situation and helped us during this period of grieving. I am grateful for Daniela and Codapet, and that Lexi received their care during her last moments.

I really do feel this was the best possible way to go. Dr.Daniela was so caring, kind, understanding, and informative. I knew my fur baby was in good and safe hands with her. It meant so much to me how she was so attentive to me and my baby. She made this transition a lot easier and did not rush our good byes. I would thank her everyday for making my fur baby peaceful and comfortable. She is one of a kind. Dr.Daniela is so strong for you and your fur baby.

Dr Daniela was kind, respectful and very professional. She made sure our Thulu girl had a dignified crossing. The Dr was patient and empathetic through out the whole process, this was really tough decision but having the Dr in our corner was incredibly helpful and comforting. My girl passed without any pain, a comfortable sleep next to all her friends and family. Thank you Dr, we really appreciate your help, time, compassion and we couldn't ask for anything more.

I could not have been paired with a better vet. She was exactly the person my heart needed for the process of in home euthanasia. She was kind and compassionate and so loving to my beloved dog. She was patient with us and explained everything in such a perfect way. My dog passed so peacefully. I was so truly blessed to have found Dr Lutri. She was a beautiful light on our very dark day.

I was worried about my decision, but she examined my dog and explained everything to me in detail. She reassured me that I was making the right choice. Initially filled with fear and uncertainty, I made a same-morning appointment for 1 pm. Dr. Lutri promptly confirmed the appointment and expressed genuine concern for Frosty's well-being. Upon learning of Frosty's pain, she expedited her arrival. I'm profoundly grateful that she arrived earlier than expected, as my Frosty was suffering.
Frosty was loved by so many and so I am beyond thankful to have found this at home service. Despite the sadness of the moment, it was touching to have everyone who loved my dog present to bid farewell.
Dr. Lutri displayed exceptional kindness, gentleness, and patience throughout the entire process. She patiently answered our questions, explaining each step with compassion. We were all deeply appreciative to have such a caring individual attend to Frosty. I have immense respect and gratitude for Dr. Lutri.
Additionally, receiving a personalized card from her was incredibly thoughtful; it moved me to tears. Thank you, Dr. Lutri, for your compassion and care during this difficult time.
