We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.
Dr. Martin was kind and caring during the last moments of Caden's life as our fur baby. He was patient and explained every process in compassionate detail. We also thought that him bringing the ashes back directly to us which allowed him to check in on us was extremely thoughtful. I would recommend his services to anyone during that difficult time of their lives.
Bandit was beloved by so many for 15 1/2 years. When his time came, we decided to have his goodbye at home. We lucked out and got Dr. McCasland. She was so kind and treated Bandit as if she’d known him his whole life. She stroked him while listening to our stories. We never felt hurried. It was the best experience you could imagine considering. We are grateful.

Choosing to put down my beloved cat of 13 years was an incredibly painful and difficult decision, but Dr. Angela was very comforting, patient, and gentle through the whole experience. I am grateful for her support before, during, and after the event.
Having my pet euthanized due to a diagnosis of stage 4 lymphoma cancer at 7 years 11 months was something I wasn’t ready for. My dog was so young and taken away from me too soon. Dr. Fieg was the best. She was very thorough and explain explaining the entire process and gave me as much time as I needed to be with my dog until his demise. My dog went very peacefully and is no longer in pain. It was very comforting to me seeing the process and being there for my dog till the end. I did everything I could for my dog and the cancer was just too much for him. Although I miss him on a minute to minute basis, I know that he is in a better place now. I would highly recommend.Dr. Fieg if and when it comes time to make that decision that you never thought you had to make. Thank you Dr. Fieg for being so thorough and respectful to my dog and my wishes.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. When we made the painful decision that it was time to send our sweet Bella to heaven, we knew her final moments needed to be spent in the comfort of her own home — relaxed, calm, and surrounded by the love she gave us every day of her life. It was the least we could do for her after all the unconditional love she had given us. Dr. Jessica Mumm was an absolute blessing during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from the moment she arrived. She explained everything gently, moved at our pace, and gave us all the time we needed to hold Bella, talk to her, and say our goodbyes without ever feeling rushed. Her presence brought peace into a heartbreaking moment, and she made Bella’s transition as gentle and dignified as possible. We will forever be grateful for the care, respect, and empathy she showed our girl — and us. If you are facing the impossible decision of in-home pet euthanasia, I cannot recommend Dr. Mumm highly enough. She gave our Bella the peaceful passing she deserved, and that is a gift we will always remember.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Gibson was very kind and gentle during the difficult time of saying goodbye to our Brownie. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to say goodbye from the comfort of his home and we miss him dearly.

I was so grateful for the professionalism and empathy Dr. Lori Thomas showed me during such a difficult time. This is the hardest thing that pet owners have to deal with, but it does lessen the pain to have a caring vet in your home, helping your beloved oet pass. My girl left this life peacefully with me by her side. It comforts me to know she felt secure and not afraid as she quietly went to sleep.

Dr. Croizer was so kind and gentle during the whole process. While one no wants to go through this sad process, it was much easier having Dr. Croizer there, making Jake comfortable, talking with me about Jake and his life while he passed.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Angela that could explain how truly wonderful she is. My 16 year old maine coon/teddy bear mix developed a large lung tumor, which sadly forced us to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put to rest once it started to noticeably affect his breathing & quality of life. I was able to request a same day appointment. She arrived right on time,& took so much time with us and our sweet baby, Chance. He was not afraid & that was one of my biggest worries. She treated us like family, and you can tell she genuinely takes great care of animals and their fur parents. I would/will recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you so much Dr. Angela.
Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Dr Courtney White was sweet and helpful and caring. She explained everything and took the time we needed. It was such a blessing to have her in this difficult time and having an at home visit was truly a relief as I just could not take my cat out of the home never to return.
First and foremost, I’m sorry for the late review. Losing my best bud has been extremely hard on my family and I. He was my shadow and my best friend and I just miss him so much 😞. Because my Oddy meant so much to me I wanted the very best experience for him . I was a bit reluctant at first because I had never heard of codapet. I chose to take a risk and I am so glad I chose Dr Lewis. From the very moment she stepped into our home, she was very compassionate, understanding, and respectful. We explained that Oddy’s tumor had burst open that morning and we were having a difficult time getting him to walk, and eat, which he loved to do. She walked us through every step and let us have the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Although that night was one of the worst days of my life, I was extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to hold my boy, in the comfort of our own home, as he took his last breath. Dr Lewis, also was kind enough to gift my whole family these small recycled medication vials with hearts attached to them filled with our Oddy’s fur. I turned it into a necklace and believe it or not it has helped me tremendously with the healing process after the loss of my fur baby. The only thing I was disappointed about is that my Oden’s name was spelled “Odin” on all of the documents and keepsakes we received. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Dr Lewis. Dr. Sarah Clem was so nice and respectful. She truly cares about our pets and us. Dr. Clem did and said everything right. She gave us the time to say our goodbyes to our beloved Duke. Dr. Clem explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. She made Duke very comfortable. She brought Duke home very quickly. Dr. Sarah Clem is a wonderful soul and so thankful we made the decision to have her come to our home.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr Jason Doolittle made sure the experience was peaceful and went at a pace we were comfortable with. He explained in detail everything that would happen and was very gentle with Fiona. Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Making the decision to put our beautiful Roxy girl down was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. But Dr. Rebecca Walton and her assistant made our goodbye a lil easier. Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Dr. Lisa, a retired veterinarian, brought a gentle presence and deep empathy into our home—qualities that made an unbearable day a little more bearable. Her kindness and professionalism helped guide my wife and me through the process with grace and dignity. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
We reached out to Dr Givens when our two labs grew too weary for this world, but loved us too much to let go. They were over 14 and the idea of taking them anywhere seemed too overwhelming to arrange, as well as too stressful to these sweet dogs. After reaching out to schedule, Dr Givens reached out and talked us through the process, gave us all oir options, and made sure we were comfortable (as we could be) with the plan. When the day came, there was steady communication on timing and no surprises. It was the hardest decision, but being able to hold our dogs and say goodbye in the environment they knew was beyond incredible and a gift to them, as well as us. We didn't feel rushed at any point, and the care and love they treated our dogs with throughout the whole process was just so special to us. I hope no one ever has to make the decision to put their pet down, but we could not have asked for anything more in this process and would 100% reach out to Dr Givens if we have to make a decision like this again. I appreciate the peace and love felt throughout; it brought a bit of light into an otherwise very hard process and time in our lives. Thanks so much, Dr Givens.
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.

Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Dr. Glenn is an outstanding human and helped provide for a loving, peaceful, transition for our beloved dog. He was patient, kind, explained every step, paused if we needed a moment and asked questions of what our dog was like. Our dog stressed so badly when going to the vet’s that we just couldn’t think of doing that to him on this last day. Fortunately there are people like Dr Glenn who can provide this service where your pet, and you, are most comfortable - at home.
Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.

Dr. Romanos was absolutely wonderful. This was an extremely difficult time for us, and she helped our baby cross the rainbow bridge in the most peaceful way possible. Yes I am so glad we did it at home and Dr. Lori is amazing she didn’t rush and was very understanding and I felt like it gave Lola comfort and dignity in the end. For this being one of the hardest days of my life I am glad we had support from Dr. Lori.

This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Dr. Peterson was kind, compassionate and professional. I talked a lot (my coping mechanism) and she listened with a sympathetic ear. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, so I knew what to expect at each step along the way. I asked for a moment alone with my dog after she'd passed. Dr. Peterson was very respectful of that. I am most appreciative of her kindness and support during a difficult process.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.

Dr Alex was so wonderful in our time of need. When it was time to euthanize our beloved elderly dog, we thought he had earned the right to have it done in his home, in a spot where he was comfortable, rather than taking him to a stressful vet office visit. He greeted Dr Alex warmly and seemed relaxed through the whole process. Dr Alex ensured that he had a peaceful passing and that we had as few concerns about the process as possible. It is hard to be without our dog, but we feel great about the decision to go with CodaPet.
Dr. Ross was like an angel coming in to care for my dog, shiloh, in his final hours. I have never received so much reassurance, transparency, and care from a vet and I trusted Dr. Ross to make his transition as peaceful as possible, which she did beyond my expectations. Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Diana was caring and took her time to explain the process to me. She is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever dealt with. She put Da Beats (our pup) in a soft bed for the ride home after the process. She explained that she talks to the pup as she drives to still give all the positive energy she can even though our Sweetie Beats had moved on to her next healthy life. Diana allowed our other dogs time to sniff the Sweetie Beats as a rite of passage for all. She made this experience peaceful. We are forever grateful. It was a stress free process for me and our other dogs. Thank you Diana and the whole staff for being so kind!
Dr. Perzak has been our Angel…since 2012 when she met and began care of our Ailey until recently (November 2025) when she lovingly guided Ailey to eternal peace and comfort through at-home euthanasia. Dr. Perzak surrounded us with her love, kindness and care during each step of the process. Her professional and empathetic manner are second to none. Ailey will be forever in our hearts. Dr. Katie Todd was so kind and informative. She explained the process and answered all of our questions. Our sweet girl is at peace and out of pain and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for her.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
When I realized that it was time for my sweet Axle to cross the rainbow bridge I wanted to create a peaceful, calm setting in a familiar place surrounded by people and things he loved. I reached out to Coda Pet to schedule a consultation. Dr. Perzak was so helpful in explaining the process. She answered all of my many questions leading up to our appointment and even assisted me with moving up the initial appointment when Axle’s condition worsened. When she arrived at my home, we chatted and she examined my baby and loved on him as we spoke. She allowed me to tell her of our many adventures and special moments together over the past 15 years. She explained everything as she went along and there was never any rush. She gave us space and allowed all the time that we needed to say our goodbyes. Dr Perzak definitely has a gift for assisting pets and their families during this difficult time. I absolutely recommend in home euthanasia and Dr Perzak. She was amazing!
Dr. Kristina Pugh is honestly the sweetest person EVER! I will never be able to thank her enough for how kind she was to our family and especially our Harley. I never knew about someone coming to the house. I didn’t know how it was going to go. Our sweet dog got to pass in his home, comfortable. Our whole family, who were all an absolute wreck, thought she was perfect. I can’t say enough about her. It’s a difficult time and she made everything easier. Thank you so much for that, Dr. Pugh!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Melissa. She was wonderful.! Very compassionate and caring. One of the hardest days of our lives and she truly was very patient and loving toward us and our beloved Nico.

Dr. Stukey was so amazingly kind, patient, and caring! She created such a gentle way to say goodbye during a very difficult experience. If you are finding yourself at the tough position of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, she is the vet to help your loved one cross the bridge. ♥️
Matt was not able to be there so as grandparents Bill and I were there for our St on in this time of need. The Doctor talked us through every step. Thing time was hard as a grandma but even harder because it was on my 68th birthday that we had to put down our granddaughter but she is not in pain anymore. Thank you Dr Amy for the wonderful job.
