Dr. Sara Gardhaouse has an amazing aura about her. In such an Emotinal time she radiates warmth and kindness to help ease the situations hardness. I would gladly refer this company to help with the passing of any fur baby in their own home.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
April was truly kind and did a lovely job for my most treasured pet. She bumped up my appointment in order to give my animal the care she really needed. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
Dr. Alexander showed kindness and professionalism as she helped my boy Duke move on. She was a calming presence and allowed the process to happen based on my needs and Dukes. He will be missed but being with him at home as he closed his eyes for the last time has broyght me peace knowing his last hours were not spent with stress.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr John was everything we needed that day. Patient, understanding, compassionate and professional. Dr Murray helped our nearly 15 yr old Baxter cross the bridge today.The time he took to get to know us and hear stories about our boy meant a lot to our family. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Dr. Lisa, a retired veterinarian, brought a gentle presence and deep empathy into our home—qualities that made an unbearable day a little more bearable. This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! Dr Lutri came to help our baby girl Selena cross the rainbow bridge. She was so very kind and compassionate during her visit and her wonderful bedside manner helped make our girls’ passing a little easier to handle. I cannot recommend her services enough and in general the services of at-home euthanasia. Thank you Dr for your help during that difficult time in our lives. We will never forget it.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our dog, Duke, at home. Dr. Littlejohn provided in-home euthanasia, and I can honestly say she helped carry us through one of the worst days of our lives. She was gentle, patient, and incredibly respectful of both Duke and our grief. She explained everything calmly, gave us all the time we needed, and never made us feel rushed. The way she handled Duke’s passing was full of dignity and care. It’s difficult to put this experience into words, but we are deeply grateful for her compassion. She made an unbearable moment feel as peaceful as it could possibly be.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. I truly don’t know where to begin, but “thank you” doesn’t begin to describe how much we appreciate and are so grateful for Dr. Jacob. As an RN with 20+ years of experience and a rescue/foster mom to many fur babies over the years, I always pray for the doc who has the ability to have bedside manner and skill. That’s a rarity. Dr Jacob is one of those rare physicians who truly embodies both qualities. My husband and I knew it immediately. Our boy Tank did, too. He would have made it known immediately if he didn’t feel safe-even if it took his last breath to do so. He never flinched when Doc stepped into our home. That told me all I needed to know. Our boy was able to transition peacefully because of this gentleman. He gave our boy what we couldn’t-a comfortable and gentle ending to a life well lived surrounded by the ones he loved and in the place he was most comfortable. All of us were treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the time he arrived until the moment he left with our soulmutt. We are eternally grateful for him. His willingness to subject himself to such situations when so few vets are willing to now is admirable. It may be a job, but providers are human, too. It carries over to them as well. He’s willing to subject himself to that in order to give a family and their beloved animal the most peaceful final goodbye possible. We will always be grateful and respect the wonderful vet who treated each of us with such kindness, respect, and professionalism during such an emotional, gut wrenching, heartbreaking time. It made a horrible evening a bit less painful for each of us. We thank you. I know Tank does, too. You are fulfilling a calling and it showed. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.

Dr. Sarah is the best choice for anyone who loves their pet. Saying goodbye is difficult enough but Dr. Sarah gave us time to do and say what we needed before beginning her procedure. It was done with gentleness and compassion. We’ll be forever thankful for contacting Solace and Dr Sarah.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
We are very grateful for the kind, compasionate care Dr. Martin gave us and our beloved golden retriever Flannigan. In the most difficult time of our lives, he provided comfort and reassurancethroughout the process. Flannigan was comfortable and at peace. We highly recommend Dr. Martin.
We greatly appreciated the phone call a few hours before the appointment; she was professional and friendly. At the appointment, she was prompt and courteous, talked to everyone there, including our dog. She kept her voice quiet and talked us through everything we needed to know. It was very quick, completely painless for our dog, and she quietly left while we grieved. I felt a tug to be a more polite host and encourage her to stay, but in the end, I was grateful for her quiet exit so we wouldn't have to put on a brave face. In a moment that is the hardest, she made it as easy, smooth, and peaceful as possible. We're grateful to this service - being able to say goodbye at home was priceless - and deeply grateful to Dr. Dixon.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Courtney was absolutely amazing in such a difficult time for us. She was thorough in her explanation of the process and made sure we understood. She was so incredibly caring and gentle with our Tyson. He never felt any pain or anxiety and was so peaceful. After his passing, she was so respectful and caring of us and treated Tyson with the utmost dignity and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet.
In light of the circumstances Dr.Smith was an absolute pleasure. She was thoughtful, gentle, and made an extremely difficult time go as smoothly as humanly possible. Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.
In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. My wife and I could not have asked for anybody better for this experience. We were pained to have to make the decision to put our poor Beebs to sleep. However, Dr. Christine made the situation so comfortable for us and Beebs. He is one of the most compassionate, empathetic, and professional vets I have ever seen. We could tell when he first came in the house that Beebs was welcoming of Dr. Christine and trusted him, a true testament to his caring energy. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
We would have loved having our kitty live longer than 18 years. My husband and I both believe quality of life not quantity. Therefore when it was clear there was no quality in our kitty’s life Dr Magnotta came to our home and helped us through this sad situation. I would recommend her highly.
Dr. Christina Vernon is a wonderful, compassionate and professional person. She explained the process from beginning to end for sending our beloved Ernie over the Rainbow Bridge. The process was completely stress free and Ernie was calm and peaceful through the whole process. This was the most emotional decision ever made by my husband and myself , and Christina listened to us, didn’t rush the appointment, and put us at ease( as much as possible) . Dr. Whala was wonderful. I've never met a vet before that I actually liked. She was so kind, thoughtful, she was truly there for me when I needed someone to be there the most. She handled my dogs euthenasia with the upmost respect, and tact, and sincerity. It was very important to me that my dog kept his dignity, and she showed that was something she would ensure happened. Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. I’m so glad we had Michelle come out to our house. Her compassion and love for our Ragnar and her gentleness and peaceful attitude were much appreciated. I was loosing my best buddy, my protector, my fishing buddy and the best dog I have ever had in my life. He knew no stranger and was a big gentle bear. I unfortunately couldn’t stay through the whole procedure, but knowing my boy was in her and my husbands hands gave me what peace I could find at that time . I will always be indebted to her and I especially appreciated the follow up card of genuine sympathy and the prints of my Rotti’s paws He will be greatly missed by all of our family.

Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
Losing my boy of 16 years has devastated me, and his little sister. Dr. Christina spent time loving him, making sure he was calm and allowing me the time I needed with him. I wish I could give Sarah a 100 stars! As I told Sarah before she left, she is my hero and that she is an angel. I adopted Honey 14 months ago, she was 17 at that time. Her prior owner had passed away and she was up for adoption. My husband and I had decided we wanted to try adopting an older cat with the goal of giving the cat the best end of live as possible. When it came time for Honey’s end of life to come, the most important thing to me at that point was for her to be euthanized here at our home, where she was comfortable. My husband was traveling when it happened which meant I was alone. Before finding codapet. I had spent 24 hours looking for a veterinary that would travel here to our home. I gave in and booked an appointment for the next day at 4:00 pm with a veterinary in a town close to us. I was heart broken thinking I was going to have to put Honey in a crate, travel in a car and she was going to die in a place she had never been to before. Imagine the terror it would bring to her. My promise to Honey was to give her the best life I possibly could and I was failing at that promise. Then Sarah contacted me. Sarah agreed to come to our home the next day at 11:00. I never would have dreamed that I would be saying this but, it was beautiful. Sarah assured me that it was Honey’s time to go. Sarah and I both sat on the floor as Honey laid resting in her bed. Sarah made Honey feel comfortable with her. I held Honey’s paw and said my final good bye. Honey is at peace and hanging out with the person she first loved. I’m at peace because Sarah and codapet made Honey’s end of life perfect. Thank you Sarah!
Dr. Ellen was incredibly compassionate. Our cat, Loki, was in late stage kidney diesease. We knew it was time for him. She was able to make the appointment sooner than we scheduled. We appreciated that, at this point he was constantly miserable. If you have had to go to a vet to euthanize a pet, you know its a rather traumatic experience. Especially if the pet hates car rides to begin with. For what it was, she made it as enjoyable an experience it could be. We got to be there as our sweet boy had his last moments laying on the deck like he loved to do. I am truly sorry for the hurt and pain you are going through if your reading this making a decision. I won't tell you if it is the right one or not, but if your at this point, Dr. Ellen provided the most comfortable experience possible for our sweet Loki.
Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Thank you so much Dr.Todd in doing what has to be one of the world’s toughest jobs!
Dr Dash was EVERYTHING I hoped for -- an excellent practitioner and a wonderful person who deserves the strongest recommendation. 5 stars really doesn't capture it. I had a 17 year old papillon named Birdie, who was like a child to me and who was the center of my entire life. This was the hardest decision I’ve ever made, and it was also the best one. Every time I think to myself “poor Birdie” I catch myself and say “lucky Birdie”. She got the “good ending” everyone hopes for. It was all thanks to Dr Dash. She was that great. I had been telling myself for over a year to be ready to make some hard decisions based on whats best for Birdie. Its better to be days/weeks/months early than a moment too late. Well, on Friday she seemed like she didn’t even need a vet visit and by Monday she was gone. These things happen FAST. Decisions have to be made FAST. You look up end of life-care vets, see some credentials, hopefully read a bunch of reviews, get a vibe from a headshot and go with it. Its a tremendous amount of trust for a decision you want to get right because in some ways it defines you as a pet owner and it might stay with you for the rest of your life. Dr Dash was the right decision and I’d like to try to explain exactly why. Dr Dash was FLEXIBLE - evening appointment? No problem. Morning? no problem. Oh shit I need to reschedule the day of and get her here 4 hours sooner? No problem. I think she actually had to do quite a bit of driving too. Her coverage area seems to be from Palm beach all the way down to at least North Miami where I was. Dr Dash was PATIENT - absolutely nothing was rushed. Everything was explained. Every moment and every person involved was handled with extreme care. Dr Dash was EFFECTIVE. When everyone was ready and I gave the go ahead, the first thing was she gave Birdie a “sedative”. Just a sedative, like shes going in for surgery. It takes a few seconds to possibly a couple minutes for the sedative to kick in. Birdie was out in NO longer than 3 seconds. It was a pinch that she didn’t love, but within 3 seconds, she had that deep, peaceful snore that I found so rhythmic and calming every single night. I should add this was in the late afternoon, not a time she would normally sleep and certainly not with that kind of depth. I was worried about ambient sounds and daylight making it hard for Birdie to sleep but… nope, not at all. Dr Dash was PRECISE. She explained you’re supposed to wait 5-10 minutes before giving the rest of the cocktail. You generally don’t want to wait much longer than that. And Dr Dash is looking for certain things during that time period to see when she’s “ready”. I requested waiting the full 10 minutes. No problem. Dr Dash figured out the right dose, made sure the timing of everything was in a nice safe zone, and then Birdie’s breathing went from that rhythmic snore to just stopping. It was like a light switch but with no sound. And that was it. No sounds, no movement, no discomfort. Perfect. Devastating but perfect. Dr Dash was PREPARED - she brought a nice blanket Birdie would have loved. She handled her with care and precision. She explained all the logistics of what happens next and where. And that was the whole experience. I had promised Birdie a good ending because I had seen so many others who didn't get to have one. She got that because of Dr. Dash. I trusted the right person, and I am very grateful.
Dr. Brittany is absolutely AMAZING! She is kind and professional and caring. She always asked how my pets are doing, after I had to cancel. I scheduled Harley and he declined very rapidly before our appointment and she came late that night to help him crossover and relieve his pain. She made sure I was aware of what was going to happen before, during and after. My dogs and I were cared for so much by Dr Brittany. Ive shared her information and Coda-pet with my fellow dog parents. I recommend both HIGHLY! Thank you for making the worst time of my life as easy as possible! I'm forever grateful!
Dr. Stukey was so amazingly kind, patient, and caring! She created such a gentle way to say goodbye during a very difficult experience. If you are finding yourself at the tough position of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, she is the vet to help your loved one cross the bridge. ♥️
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. I can't express the gratitude to Dr. Jessica enough as she made this as peaceful as can be for all of us:) Thank you Dr. Jessica!
We didn't know what to expect, but we knew we had to make the call. From the very beginning, Dr. Lis was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly kind. She walked us through every step of the process with such care, making one of the hardest moments of our lives a little more bearable. We were able to hold our sweet fur baby's paw the entire time, and afterward, we were given as much time as we needed to say our final goodbye. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Lis for treating our precious girl with such dignity, love, and compassion. Thank you for helping her cross the rainbow bridge peacefully and for giving our family comfort during such a heartbreaking time. ❤️🐾
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We will cherish the memory of him forever ❤️
Jenny was really great when we had to put down our beloved Romeo. She was sensitive, kind and gave us the space we needed to manage the process the way we wanted in our living room.
