It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
It was as great of an experience as it could be. She was very thoughtful throughout the whole process. We didn’t feel rushed at all. We appreciate her so much.

Dr Stadler entered our home as a complete stranger greeted by our deep heartbreak as we reluctantly prepared to say goodbye to our handsome boy, Fenway. His litter mate brother, Wrigley, passed 8 months earlier and Fenway gave us much needed comfort and purpose while our hearts were still trying to mend. We weren’t prepared to say goodbye to him, but knew we could never be. Our boys were 13 and 13.8 years respectively and gave our family every ounce of joyful memories they could possibly give. Dr Stadler completed her assessment on a Saturday but honored our decision to give him another night to see if he could rebound from an illness that overcame him very quickly. The next morning she reached out first thing to ask how our boy was doing and we knew it would be a very difficult day of saying goodbye. We put his orthopedic bed on the deck during the coolerearly hours of the morning and watched the last sunrise with our beautiful boy. Dr Stadler arrived mid- morning and took our last photos with Fenway. While laying on his bed and favorite blanket, Dr Stadler gently administered a sedation that provided peaceful rest and with my hands cradling his head, Fenway crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by our love. Though our hearts will take time to mend with this difficult loss, we take refuge knowing he isn’t struggling and are confident with our decision for this personal and peaceful transition. Dr Stadler exemplified professional and compassionate care for our beautiful boy and we are very grateful. We appreciate the opportunity to say goodbye to Fenway in his home while surrounded by love and beautiful memories. Dr Stadler departed that day with an understanding of the profound joy our labs, Wrigley & Fenway, brought to our family. Dr Stadler departed our home no longer a stranger, but as our friend. So thoughtful and knowledgeable. He could tell me everything that happened before it happened and prepared me for everything. Buddy was out of pain, and he let me take my time letting him go. So grateful for Dr Leatherman, and codeapet service. Made one of worst days of my life bearable.
Dr. Magnotta was so compassionate, caring and kind. At a difficult time for our family, Dr. Magnotta gave us the time to be with our Bubba during the process of him going over the rainbow bridge. She knew what to say, when to say it and when to just give us each a hug. As hard as the day was, we know our pup was happy, comfortable and felt our love.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We will cherish the memory of him forever ❤️
Dr Mills made one of the saddest days a little better. She was so gentle with my best bud and with me, too. Nothing felt rushed. She explained everything that was happening and offered a judgment free space if you decided to not be in the room. I stayed with my buddy until the very end though, with his head in my lap. Dr Mills used a soft, calming voice, gave my buddy 100% attention, and took her time. I am so glad that she gave my best bud the calmest passing. He was not stressed at all, which is exactly what I hoped for. My last memory of my sweet old pupper is him laying on his favorite spot on the couch with his head in my lap, finally at peace and free of pain. After, she handled his body with such care and assured me this was the best decision for him. She also sent me a very sweet card about a week later. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat and will recommend her to anyone in need of her services.
Dr. Izlar was so amazing! We had to move our appointment up and she was so accommodating and understanding. She was so good with my big guy, very patient and caring, and such a calming presence. This was the hardest decision ever but I will always look back and know he got the best send off possible.

Dr Laurie was kind and compassionate with me, did not rush me. I lost my best friend on July 7th, even though I knew Luna was out of time, and to wait any longer would only cause my baby to suffer more, it still broke my heart. Dr Laurie understood that, and I never felt rushed or I felt like I had to hurry with my goodbyes. She was gentle and tender with Luna, which I know made her more comfortable. I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. Dr. Renee Schott made this heartbreaking process as wonderful as it could be. Her heartfelt card and hearing stories about our wonderful dog showed that she cared. She was professional, yet compassionate and trustworthy (with our dog's aftercare process as well).
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Dr. Torres came to assist us with our sweet old lab’s final vet appointment. She was truly amazing. She was so gentle and had the sweetest energy about her. We were so grateful to have found such a caring person to handle this tough situation. She had everything super covered and no part of us felt rushed at all in the whole experience. Dr. Gonnering was incredibly compassionate and made the difficult process of saying goodbye to our beloved Jackson hurt a little less. She made sure we were all comfortable before proceeding and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. If you have to make this decision, I cannot recommend her services enough.

The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Dr. Michelli was so kind and understanding during the procedure. I appreciate that she explained every step of what she was doing, and gave us the space to grieve as Simba passed. It was a very sad experience, but I'm glad he got to go in the comfort of his home.
Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
The pain that day when I had to say goodbye to my baby Cooper was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. It still hurts to think that he’s no longer my shadow, always looking for me or always watching me. Dr Sarah was so very kind with the process and made Cooper very comfortable to the end. Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.

This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr. Patterson is like an angel of mercy. She was so kind and understanding. Charlotte was so very special to us. I am so very grateful that we were able to give Charlotte such a peaceful passing and spare her the suffering that we knew was to come if we waited too long. Dr. Martin was incredibly compassionate during his visit with our family. We appreciated both his professionalism and his obvious love for animals. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
We recently said goodbye to our dog Edward. He was 15 years old and we had 12 years together. Dr. Perzak made an unbearably hard day as peaceful as it could possibly be. She was warm, patient, and genuinely present with us. Sshe took the time to explain exactly what to expect, answered every question without rushing, and never once made us feel like we were "just another appointment." What stood out most was her compassion. She treated Edward with such gentleness, and she treated our family with the same care, giving us space to grieve while quietly guiding us through the process. It's clear she truly understands how much our fur babies mean to us, not just as animals but as family. I'm deeply grateful to her for the kindness shown to us during Edward's final moments. If you're facing this same difficult decision, I can't recommend her more highly.

Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
Dr Lori was everything Benny needed and us too. She was so kind and patient.. Benny got out of his bed to greet her. He took to her right away which definitely wasn't the case for everyone. Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr. Allison was an angel sent from our many prayers ✝️. From the moment she walked in the door, I felt a calmness come over me and I knew my 18 year old kitty, Tucker, would peacefully transition. Dr, Allison wanted to get to know a bit about Tucker and our 17 years with him before she even began with the process. She then thoroughly explained each step to prepare us. As I held Tucker in my arms wrapped in his favorite blanket, Dr. Allison expressed so much compassion as she completed each step administering medication. Afterwards she allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our boy. Then she actually offered to let me carry him to her and place him in her care for his last car ride. He loved car rides. A few days later, we received a personal sympathy card from Dr. Allison which greatly touched our hearts. SHE WAS A GODSEND!!!!
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Highly recommend to all my pet-loving friends.
Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Our 14 year old Bullie, Zeus was in extreme pain. His spirit was willing but his body was not.After a quality of life check with our veterinarian we knew it was time. We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. During the experience she was very kind and gentle and informative to the humans. Very compassionate to the feelings that come with this situation. Giving knowledge about the procedure was helpful for some of the family members and when it came time for the services to happen she was gentle and kind with my animal. Afterwards when I needed to locate the ashes due to a technical issue with the phone systems she went above and beyond to help me figure out and navigate where and when my cat's ashes would be ready. Her words of comfort helped a lot during such a sad stressful time and she helped us through this in a way that was helpful but also in the background like an angel working to help. I am very grateful that she was able to be there for us during such an awful time.
I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate Veterinarian. Dr. Wratten was so comforting and caring. She was very gentle and explained the process to me as she was performing the euthanasia on my beloved pet, assuring me that she was not suffering. She even helped me pick out some fur i want to keep to put in a pretty coverd bowl in my home. My pet was 20 years old and i just wanted a beautiful remembrance to have with me.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Our Luca immediately felt the calm and compassionate air Dr. Clem brought with her and made the passing of our sweet girl just a little bit easier. Dr., Somerset is the kindest, sweetest vet and was so respectful to me and my precious boy Bentley. She is thorough, thoughtful and understands the pain a family goes through when they say goodbye to a canine (or feline) family member. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to Dr. Perzak for helping us through a terribly difficult day. Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
We couldn't be more grateful for Dr Wolf. She was amazing throughout the whole process of putting our sweet boy, Gavin, to rest. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We really loved the kind language and how she explained the whole process. She made one of the worst days of our lives a little bit better.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
Dr. Murray for compassionate and considerate. He gave us time to get ready, explained the whole process and after the euthanesia gave us time to say the final goodbye. Our dog Drake passed away peacefully surrounded by the family. We could have not asked for a better experience. We loved our dog like a member of our family and Dr. Murray made this difficult process more bearable. We highly recommend him.
We cannot thank Dr. Lauri enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism she showed during one of the hardest days of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Whiskey, was incredibly difficult, but Dr. Lauri made the entire euthanasia process as peaceful and comforting as possible. She treated Whiskey with such gentleness and dignity, while also showing genuine empathy and care for our family. She took the time to explain everything, answered our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed. Her calm presence gave us so much comfort during such an emotional moment. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but we are so grateful that Whiskey's final moments were filled with love, peace, and compassion because of Dr. Lauri. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who truly cares about both their patients and the families who love them. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Thank you so much Dr.Todd in doing what has to be one of the world’s toughest jobs!
Dr. Delia could not have been more compassionate in her work with me and my dog. Her presence, gentleness and pacing all contributed to a peaceful process at this heartbreaking time. Would recommend her to anyone facing the same situation.
I was so thankful to have found Dr. Christoff. She assisted our family with our furbaby Dixie's journey across the rainbow bridge. Her kindness, peaceful demeanor, and compassion were unmatched. She went above and beyond for our baby and us. I highly recommend her and while I hope not to need these services in the future, should I need them she will be my first call.
Dr. Wratten was calm, kind and understanding when it came to our home visit for our beloved Romeo. While it was the hardest time for my husband and myself she allowed us to to share funny stories and was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Her personalized letter to us was beautiful and something I will hold on too.
