The day we met Dr. John Murray was the worst day ever for us. We knew we had to let our beloved girl Ginger go. Dr. Murray was kind, compassionate, calm, and very respectful. It was a very emotional experience, but Ginger was calm and in the comfort of her own home. Nothing will ever take this sadness away, but Dr. Murray made us feel more at ease. First let me say this was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to made, i knew her time was coming but i did not think it was going to happen so unexpectedly. When I got home my poor 16 year old girl could get up anymore had to help her outside she was just miserable. She hates cars so I really did not want to have to take her to an emergency vet at all, I asked for an emergency appointment and Dr. Martin was at my house within an hour. She was the most professional, kind, loving human being I could have ever asked for especially during this time. She walked me through everything sat with us with I cried my eyes out, laughed at our stories etc. it was just the most beautiful and important moment for me and she made it 100 times better. I could not have her job but I’m beyond thankful for her and everything she did for my girl. I would highly recommend her for this especially since it’s the hardest thing pet parents have to do. Again thank you Dr. Taylor Martin for your kindness and generosity during this time for me.
Absolutely wonderful! Having Dr. Litwack come to our house was the best decision we could have made for our girl Rigby. He took his time, was caring and comforting. Our girls cross onto the rainbow bridge was peaceful and calm. Thank you Dr!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinarian. Dr. Dzierga came in to our home and immediately put Millie at ease….bringing treats and sitting beside her as she explained all what was before us. She asked all about our life with Millie and took notes……putting those notes into a story of our life with Millie….on a card that came later with Millie’s paw print in plaster. As horribly hard it was to say goodbye to our Precious Millie Bear…..Dr. Dzierga made it as comfortable as she could for all of us. She gave us time to be with her alone after she had passed. It was especially nice saying goodbye to bye to Millie in the comfort of home….not having to take her into the clinic!
Dr Early is a wonderful, compassionate woman ,who helped us lay our precious Sophie to rest. She gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and by giving her a last meal of her favorite foods, and some she’s never had. When it was time for the shots Dr Early was very gentle and soothing both with Sophie and with us. She has definitely found her calling in life. I don’t believe I would have made it through this sad, heartbreaking procedure without her. My family and I will highly recommend her for at home Euthanasia.

Having Dr. Brittany come to our home allowed our precious boy to stay in the place he loved most, surrounded by comfort and peace. Dr. Laura Smith came to our home to help our beloved & sweet Nola girl cross the rainbow bridge after suffering & ultimately succumbing to lymphoma a few months ago. Dr. Smith was extremely compassionate, empathetic, patient, loving, flexible & very helpful with this incredibly hard process. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to get us through such a griefing & sensitive time. We highly recommend her & so very glad we used her. Dr Christina was wonderful ,gentle and compassionate both times that she was at my house. She explained what she was going to do and made sure I was ready and ok with it. She answered all my questions about urns and how long it was going to take to get the ashes back after cremation. She even sent me a sympathy card and brought Gotti's ashes to my house when they were ready. Thank you Dr Christina for everything and for being so nice.

Hi, Dr. Thomas turned a sad day, when I had to say goodbye to my dear cat Daisy, into a sad, yet beautiful day. Her warmth and kindness and calm guidance made all the difference. I appreciated her discussing urns before the goodbye, her firm but gentle guidance - not asking too many questions - her letting me take all the time I needed to say goodbye, her clipping a bit of Daisy’s fur for me to keep, her placing Daisy in a lovely woolen basket and letting me help carry the basket to the passenger seat of Dr. Thomas’ car. One thing I’d like to pass along to other grieving pet owners is a quote I read somewhere online: “It’s okay to go on a good day.” This saying helped me because the hardest part is deciding when is the right time. It brought me a lot of comfort. Just because Daisy seemed to like lying in the sun for a moment, didn’t mean that she wasn’t suffering. I was also grateful for there being several appointments available. I made my appointment with Dr. Thomas that very morning . The people at the cremation service that Codapet uses, West Coast Memorial Services, were also kind and treated me with dignity. I can’t recommend Dr. Thomas highly enough! Dr. Wolfingbarger was very kind and professional in a time in our families lives that was very difficult. She gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet Luci.
The compassion, care, and effort Dr. Christine showed in making sure my best friend's final moments were as comfortable as they could be was nothing short of incredible. An angel was sent for our Holly, Dr. Lisa Feig was a tremendous help to our family as we made the difficult decision to let our girl take the final steps on her journey from our home to cross the Rainbow to Heaven. Dr. Lisa demonstrated love and compassion we sang to Holly, for the last time, "You are my sunshine"... We are forever grateful that Dr. Lisa was there to help us end Holly's suffering in a kind, loving and peaceful way. Holly's ashes were returned to us in one-week so we can hold on to this tiny part of who she was. Thank you, Dr. Lisa, for being our guide through the most difficult but truly loving last step in her journey. Holly...We'll see you on the other side.
In the space of less than a month we had to have both of our senior cats euthanized, the first due to old age and the second due to cancer. Dr. Kim performed the services in our home with skill, compassion and empathy, making these horrible situations as easy as possible. Dr. Kim's care did not end there. Losing a pet is already a soul-crushing experience, but Dr. Mays made the entire process so much gentler. Dr Mark was so kind and caring. Reassured us that we were doing the right thing and that Rocky was well loved through his life and by doing this, we were continuing to love him. He sat with us for a long time before and after. He explained everything and let us have any questions.It was nice being able to do this on our own home where he was comfortable. We are still sad, but he made it a little easier.
Dr. Adarraga was kind, compassionate and professional. He read the history we provided as part of the online intake form and came to our cats aid sooner than expected. When you are making these decisions to end the suffering of your family pet, it’s agonizing and hard. You’re never sure if it’s the right thing to do or the right time. Dr. Magnotta was such a blessing to us. She was extremely kind, got to know our animals and us, and was helpful for every step. Dr Duncan was not only sympathetic and kind but so nuturing to both Boomer and myself. Truely the hardest decision in putting down my service dog she made the experience beautiful. Boomer crossed the rainbow bridge not on pain but in comfort and love. I am forever grateful
She was very compasionate and gentle. She gave us lots of time with Lulu and talked us through every step. I would certainly recomend her and the laps of Love team to anyone that sadly needs this service. Lulu was very relaxed and comfortable right through to the end. No struggle in to the car, and out at the vet, no waiting in a cold sparse waiting room and treatment room. Everything was done in her favorite spot in our living room surrounded by our family and her furry siblings, which helped them deal with the loss of their big sister.

Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.

When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Highly recommend to all my pet-loving friends.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.

Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr Jason Doolittle made sure the experience was peaceful and went at a pace we were comfortable with. He explained in detail everything that would happen and was very gentle with Fiona. We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
