Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Dr. Lisa, a retired veterinarian, brought a gentle presence and deep empathy into our home—qualities that made an unbearable day a little more bearable. Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.

Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Dr. Hyman was very professional and explained everything very well during every step of the process, as well as gave us time to spend with Ritz before and after she passed. She even came prepared with treats for Ritz and our other dog Cooper. Overall, she made an stressful and difficult time as peaceful as it could be. I would highly recommend!
Dr.Juber had the perfect temperment for the job, and she would ask questions about my baby during the procedure and it helped me remember the good times while I was going through one of my worst times. I highly recommend Dr. Juber to anyone who is in need of someone to relieve their beloved pets.

Dr Dash was EVERYTHING I hoped for -- an excellent practitioner and a wonderful person who deserves the strongest recommendation. 5 stars really doesn't capture it. I had a 17 year old papillon named Birdie, who was like a child to me and who was the center of my entire life. This was the hardest decision I’ve ever made, and it was also the best one. Every time I think to myself “poor Birdie” I catch myself and say “lucky Birdie”. She got the “good ending” everyone hopes for. It was all thanks to Dr Dash. She was that great. I had been telling myself for over a year to be ready to make some hard decisions based on whats best for Birdie. Its better to be days/weeks/months early than a moment too late. Well, on Friday she seemed like she didn’t even need a vet visit and by Monday she was gone. These things happen FAST. Decisions have to be made FAST. You look up end of life-care vets, see some credentials, hopefully read a bunch of reviews, get a vibe from a headshot and go with it. Its a tremendous amount of trust for a decision you want to get right because in some ways it defines you as a pet owner and it might stay with you for the rest of your life. Dr Dash was the right decision and I’d like to try to explain exactly why. Dr Dash was FLEXIBLE - evening appointment? No problem. Morning? no problem. Oh shit I need to reschedule the day of and get her here 4 hours sooner? No problem. I think she actually had to do quite a bit of driving too. Her coverage area seems to be from Palm beach all the way down to at least North Miami where I was. Dr Dash was PATIENT - absolutely nothing was rushed. Everything was explained. Every moment and every person involved was handled with extreme care. Dr Dash was EFFECTIVE. When everyone was ready and I gave the go ahead, the first thing was she gave Birdie a “sedative”. Just a sedative, like shes going in for surgery. It takes a few seconds to possibly a couple minutes for the sedative to kick in. Birdie was out in NO longer than 3 seconds. It was a pinch that she didn’t love, but within 3 seconds, she had that deep, peaceful snore that I found so rhythmic and calming every single night. I should add this was in the late afternoon, not a time she would normally sleep and certainly not with that kind of depth. I was worried about ambient sounds and daylight making it hard for Birdie to sleep but… nope, not at all. Dr Dash was PRECISE. She explained you’re supposed to wait 5-10 minutes before giving the rest of the cocktail. You generally don’t want to wait much longer than that. And Dr Dash is looking for certain things during that time period to see when she’s “ready”. I requested waiting the full 10 minutes. No problem. Dr Dash figured out the right dose, made sure the timing of everything was in a nice safe zone, and then Birdie’s breathing went from that rhythmic snore to just stopping. It was like a light switch but with no sound. And that was it. No sounds, no movement, no discomfort. Perfect. Devastating but perfect. Dr Dash was PREPARED - she brought a nice blanket Birdie would have loved. She handled her with care and precision. She explained all the logistics of what happens next and where. And that was the whole experience. I had promised Birdie a good ending because I had seen so many others who didn't get to have one. She got that because of Dr. Dash. I trusted the right person, and I am very grateful.
Dr. Harper was incredible. Saying goodbye to my 17 year old cat was one of the hardest things I have had to do. Dr. Harper was so kind and patient. I am so grateful for her help, professionalism, and compassion.
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
I truly don’t know where to begin, but “thank you” doesn’t begin to describe how much we appreciate and are so grateful for Dr. Jacob. As an RN with 20+ years of experience and a rescue/foster mom to many fur babies over the years, I always pray for the doc who has the ability to have bedside manner and skill. That’s a rarity. Dr Jacob is one of those rare physicians who truly embodies both qualities. My husband and I knew it immediately. Our boy Tank did, too. He would have made it known immediately if he didn’t feel safe-even if it took his last breath to do so. He never flinched when Doc stepped into our home. That told me all I needed to know. Our boy was able to transition peacefully because of this gentleman. He gave our boy what we couldn’t-a comfortable and gentle ending to a life well lived surrounded by the ones he loved and in the place he was most comfortable. All of us were treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the time he arrived until the moment he left with our soulmutt. We are eternally grateful for him. His willingness to subject himself to such situations when so few vets are willing to now is admirable. It may be a job, but providers are human, too. It carries over to them as well. He’s willing to subject himself to that in order to give a family and their beloved animal the most peaceful final goodbye possible. We will always be grateful and respect the wonderful vet who treated each of us with such kindness, respect, and professionalism during such an emotional, gut wrenching, heartbreaking time. It made a horrible evening a bit less painful for each of us. We thank you. I know Tank does, too. You are fulfilling a calling and it showed. Nurses don’t give praise easily, but you are more than deserving. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Furever and always…Ryan, Natalie, Tank, and Weller❤️🩹
When Kristina arrived and Sophie accepted her into our home with a wagging tail and a head-butt hug, we knew she had a gentle soul and big heart. Her quiet explanation of the process calmed our overall concerns and allowed us to relax into Sophie’s final moments knowing it was the right decision. While wish we had that one more day, Kristina gave us that last happy moment as Sophie quietly left her pain behind.
This is the second time we have needed Dr. Jenny Tovar’s help with our beloved pets . Once with our 16 year old cat Felix and recently with our 11 year old dog Bailey. She is excellent with this specific service at a very difficult time . Dr. Tovar remains calm and proceeds with patience and loving actions . Not rushing the procedure and answering any questions or concerns. We are very grateful for her willingness to make herself available in families time of great need .
Dr. Sara Gardhaouse has an amazing aura about her. In such an Emotinal time she radiates warmth and kindness to help ease the situations hardness. I would gladly refer this company to help with the passing of any fur baby in their own home.

She was so sweet and kind. She was very loving and understanding of what we were going through. She never rushed the process and took great care of our boy. She had him in a beautiful basket when she left wrapped in his favorite blanket and he looked like an angel. We cannot think her enough for the kindness she showed through the whole thing. Dr Lutri came to help our baby girl Selena cross the rainbow bridge. She was so very kind and compassionate during her visit and her wonderful bedside manner helped make our girls’ passing a little easier to handle. I cannot recommend her services enough and in general the services of at-home euthanasia. Thank you Dr for your help during that difficult time in our lives. We will never forget it.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Loweth is an amazing veterinarian. Our pets are so comfortable around her and genuinely love seeing her every time they need to. She was so compassionate and kind when it came time to humanely euthanize our boxer, Annabelle. I would highly recommend Dr. Loweth!
Dr. Tolbert was so kind and caring. As hard as this appointment was I was very thankful for her. It was our first time having to let go of a very loved pet and she made it as smooth as it could have possibly been. Explained everything and was just so kind.

This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. I’m so glad we had Michelle come out to our house. Her compassion and love for our Ragnar and her gentleness and peaceful attitude were much appreciated. I was loosing my best buddy, my protector, my fishing buddy and the best dog I have ever had in my life. He knew no stranger and was a big gentle bear. I unfortunately couldn’t stay through the whole procedure, but knowing my boy was in her and my husbands hands gave me what peace I could find at that time . Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Dr Harper was an absolute blessing to us during this difficult time. She was quick to communicate with me, and answered all my questions. She texted me several times as well. She was so thoughtful and kind to us. I would highly recommend Dr Harper, if you’re ever in need of an angel to help guide you through this journey!
Dr. Fitzhugh helped our family say goodbye to our guardian and our friend. She was compassionate and professional. Dr. Fitzhugh cried alongside us. She made a difficult decision less difficult.
I might get teary eyed just writing this. Dr Le Blanc was absolutely wonderful her empathy, compassion and kindness were felt by all in attendance. Hate to ever have to do that again but if I do I will definitely be calling her again
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Dr Murray helped our nearly 15 yr old Baxter cross the bridge today.The time he took to get to know us and hear stories about our boy meant a lot to our family. Dr. Whala was wonderful. I've never met a vet before that I actually liked. She was so kind, thoughtful, she was truly there for me when I needed someone to be there the most. She handled my dogs euthenasia with the upmost respect, and tact, and sincerity. It was very important to me that my dog kept his dignity, and she showed that was something she would ensure happened. I can't recommend her highly enough. Dr. Whala, if you're reading this, thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. You're a real one.
This service was a bright spot in a very dark time. I called every vet in the area about an in home visit for my 230 lb Great Dane Hercules. He went down after a car ride and did not get back up. He was the best dog, my best friend, and protector when it was not a plastic bag caught in the fence. He made an impression on all who knew him, so when this happened we were all devastated. Since the local vets were not in a charitable way I turned to google to find a solution. It was God sent. When it was time to make this hard decision they were there. There was no available appointment for the next few days, so I signed up for an emergency appointment. With in 2 hours I had a spot for the next morning. I have full communication with the vet as soon as the appointment was booked. Doctor P. I can’t believe how amazing she is. She was so kind, respectful, and just a beautiful soul. She was professional and caring. She never referred to my dog as anything other than his name. She asked questions about the situation and look at Herc to make sure that it was not something simple, and explained how the process would work. She told us every move she made and insured that we were good with it. She was gentle and caring with my Herc. She waited for my nod when it was time. He went very peacefully. For some reason it ment so much to me that she bandaged his leg after the process. She stepped out and give my family some time. Once that was finished we helped get him loaded and she took him. She was so kind. It was the best experience that I could have hoped for. She contacted me later that evening to go over the payment before it was submitted. She made it possible for me to have his ashes sent back to me when I thought there wouldn’t be a way. Because of her kindness I get to keep my Herc with me. I received him early this week. She made this process as good as it could be and I could not recommend this service and Doctor P more. I would give this higher than 5 stars if possible. I would not think twice to recommend this service and Doctor P to anyone facing this incredibly difficult situation. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH, and GOD BLESS YOU DOCTOR P!!!

Dr. Alexander showed kindness and professionalism as she helped my boy Duke move on. She was a calming presence and allowed the process to happen based on my needs and Dukes. He will be missed but being with him at home as he closed his eyes for the last time has broyght me peace knowing his last hours were not spent with stress.
Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Dr Sarah Clem was very compassionate and professional. She did not rush. She went at my speed to spend my final moments with my soul Pet Samantha. She was very caring and kind under the circumstances which I hated. She did help me emotionally with her kind words.

Dr. Doolittle was absolutely compassionate, caring, patient, and supportive during our last hours with our sweet Cocker Spaniel, Buster-Boy. From the time I texted and expressed the urgent need and why, Dr. Doolittle was at our home within the hour. Thankful for Dr. Doolittle for what he does. He gave our sweet boy respect and dignity and care. Thank you so very much! We even appreciated his sweet son, Russell during our tough goodbyes.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
This is the 2nd time we have used Dr. Danielle Jackson. She is kind, compassionate and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Dr. Jackson!
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. She was very caring with our pet and our family durning a difficult time. I would highly recommend Dr. Mitchell.
we found ourselves in a situation where our dog Archie’s health took an unexpected turn and his health began declining rather suddenly and very quickly. The thought of having to put him down took my breath away, and when it became clear that was what we needed to do, I found CodaPet and Dr. Michelli had an opening to come out that day. I honestly did not know how or if I would be able to make it through the appointment. Maybe it was Devine intervention but the only reason I was able to get through the day is because of Dr. Michelli. She treated Archie, or family and our other dog were with such dignity and respect with what we were going through, but more than that, she was gentle, kind and compassionate in everything she did. She treated Archie with the same kind of we showed him daily. She gave us all the time we needed, and as much space as we needed to say goodbye. I will forever be grateful she was the veterinarian we found in Archie’s, and our time of need. Its been two weeks exactly since that day; not only has she reached out to me via text to see how I/we were handling the loss which I thought was very kind, buts she also sent us a handwritten condolence card in the mail. She’s absolutely amazing and will treat you and your pet with the utmost care.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Dr Lori was so kind and caring. She made this sad day and beautiful experience that I will remember forever! My other dogs got to say goodbye to their best friend. This helped them so much! I am beyond grateful at the care and love she showed my wonderful 16 year old dachshund Milo !
Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Highly recommend to all my pet-loving friends.
April was truly kind and did a lovely job for my most treasured pet. She bumped up my appointment in order to give my animal the care she really needed. I could not have asked for a better experience.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Dr. April LeBlanc was the perfect vet for us — thoughtful, compassionate, warm and professional. Dr. April guided us through these very sorrowful circumstances in a way that left us feeling whole and cared for — pet parents and sibling pup 🐶 all together. We are extremely grateful to have had shared this experience under her compassionate experience.
It was a true gift to have Dr. Wratten come to our home and gently usher my sweet kitty Luna out of pain and over to the other side. Dr. Wratten is very kind and understanding, very thorough, and all my animals felt comfortable around her immediately. She also gave us some valuable insight into how Luna may have come to have cancer. Thank you for helping our family during a difficult time.
Dr. Stukey was so amazingly kind, patient, and caring! She created such a gentle way to say goodbye during a very difficult experience. If you are finding yourself at the tough position of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, she is the vet to help your loved one cross the bridge. ♥️
