We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We will cherish the memory of him forever ❤️
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
Dr. Dave had a very calming presence. He explained everything before each step of the process, which helped put us at ease, and he showed such genuine compassion throughout. He treated our sweet dog, Jack, with dignity, respect, and empathy, and he gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Jack’s passing was peaceful and comfortable. We miss him dearly every day, but we are grateful that he was able to pass peacefully in the comfort of our home. Knowing he is finally at rest brings us comfort.
She was so caring and professional. She came prepared to do the work but she helped us before and during the process and she helped us grieve. Just the best!!
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr John was everything we needed that day. Patient, understanding, compassionate and professional. Thank you to Dr John and Codapet, especially for the questionnaire to help understand if it was time to say goodbye. Wanda runs free now with Mel and Bruiser. Goodbye girl.
Beyond grateful for Dr. Ramos. The kindness, compassion, and empathy she showed to my family as we navigated the difficult decision to help our sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge was more than I can put into words. She answered every question, explained the process, and allowed us time to hold and love on our girl one last time. Dr. Ramos truly went above and beyond. We truly are so very grateful for everything she did for us. This was our first doing in-home euthanasia, and CodaPet made it such a smooth, seamless process. I was able to do everything using my phone, and no calls were necessary, which gave me the opportunity to continue to be present for our dog in her final hours.
This was the best euthanasia I’ve ever had to do. I never felt rushed and I felt the vet gave Khloe the respect and dignity she deserved on her way out. I never want to put a pet down again but if I choose to get another one and have to then I will definitely hire her again to come. It was worth every cent I spent. Melissa was compassionate and has a very calming presence to her. She made khloe’s last few minutes very calm and happy.

Your calmness and patience you showed us on such a difficult day meant more than words can say. This was one of the hardest decisions we have ever made. Dr. Christina took great care helping my little man, Eli, transition from this world to the next. This is the second time I have asked Dr. Christina to euthanize one of my pet's in my home. Losing a pet is extremely hard but Dr. Pruett helped my family get through it. She is a compassionate professional that treated my dogs last minutes of life with the dignity he deserved. We elected to keep my dog's ashes and let me tell you what we received back was first class all the way. From the paw print to the case his remains are kept was perfect. I have been through this process before and there is no comparison on the service and quality that Dr. Alex Pruett delivers. Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
Dr. Ortman was able to come out the next day to provide a peaceful, at-home euthanasia for our kitty Katsu. Katsu's illness and decline was rather sudden, and after having prior kitties pass away without me present, I swore I would be there in the future. Despite extensive treatment at her vet, we knew it was unfair to ask her to stay with us longer when she was in pain that we couldn't stop. This service allowed me to hold her and let her remain in a peaceful environment at home surrounded by love, rather that stress her by taking her back to the vet. She was surrounded by her familiar smells, sounds, and home. I cannot thank Dr. Ortman enough for his calm compassion when all I wanted to do was sob. He had a quiet dignity and approach that helped me stay calm for Katsu. It takes a special heart to do this for families, and I am so grateful for his.
There are no words to fully express our gratitude for the compassion and kindness shown on one of the hardest days of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved 12-year-old Shiba Inu, our best friend and cherished family member, was heartbreaking. Dr. Perzak came into our home with such warmth and gentleness, allowing our dog, Jerry, to pass peacefully surrounded by me, my husband, and our son. Her care, patience, and dignity brought us comfort in an unimaginable moment. We will always be grateful that his final moments were filled with love and kindness. Dr. Bean was exceptional. He was very thoughtful and compassionate when it came to our loss. He was gentle and respectful with Skeeter . I'm so glad we went this route. Skeeter left us peacefully in his bed on our porch, where he loved to lay.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. We couldn't recommend Dr. Wasmoen enough. During an absolute heartbreaking day, she was a very professional, calming, sympathetic presence. She was gentle and caring with our Emmett and calmly talked us through the procedure and what the next steps would be. She ensured he wasn't going to be in pain during the process. And to be able to provide this service in the comfort of our home made it a much more comfortable experience. She followed up with a hand written sympathy card. We hope we never have to go through this again (we inevitably will) but when we do, we will for sure reach out to Dr. Wasmoen first. Couldn't recommend more to help guide you through the most difficult day of your life!
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Dr. Bates helped my best friend say goodbye to her cat and I was amazed at how great she was. When my cat started to decline from end stage kidney failure, I contacted CodaPet and saw Dr. Bates was available. We lost our Mr. Hobbs on the nineteenth of June. I think I was holding off I'm making this decision partially because I was so stressed out about stressing him out putting him in the car then the ride to the vet, and the stress he would've gone through going into the vets as well . This was not the what what I wanted for his last memory. As my luck would have it Dr. Magnottas information showed up on Facebook right at the right time I did some research with the other at home vets however she stood out to me for some reason and it was the right reason. She is a compassionate, thorough veterinarian who helped me make Hobby boys transition peaceful and stress-free . I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Dr Meredith was incredible. Obviously this was a very difficult time for our family but she handled the entire process with so much grace and care. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful experience during one of the hardest moments we’ve had to endure.
Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.

We avoided this moment as long as we could, and it was really important to us that she died in the comfort of her own home rather than the stressful environment of a vet's office. All worries about "was this too much money" disappeared as soon as Dr. Durr showed up. He's calm and friendly, and our dog was very comfortable around him (she's usually shy). He did not rush us at all and explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. He even stepped outside after our dog passed for a while to give us some extra time to say goodbye, which we were very grateful for. Anyone considering at-home euthanasia, we know this is expensive, but if you can do it, it really is the best for your pet and if you can get Dr. Joey Durr, definitely choose him. Also a side note but a super important one: not all vets give the animal a sedative shot before the fatal shot, and that sedative shot is important because without it, your pet's body will often go through a sort of seizure as the fatal shot takes effect, which we've experienced in the past and it was awful to watch. Dr. Durr is one of the vets who believes in giving your pet a sedative shot before the final shot, which was really important to us. This sedative shot essentially puts your pet into a deep sleep, and then the fatal shot stops their heart quietly, with no reaction from the pet; they simply die in their sleep. It's peaceful. We are so grateful to Dr. Durr and the vet he's chosen to be.
April did an extraordinary job of supporting us through this difficult process. She answered all of our questions, gave us all the time we needed and explained everything she was doing. She was kind, gentle and caring in everything she did for Riley and our family. I can’t imagine a better ending for our amazing Riley.
Dr. Collins was absolutely wonderful and the whole process was simple and allowed me to just love on my baby as she passed. I never expected that level of genuine care and was blown away by the card I received afterward. He was incredibly kind and caring throughout the process. He was honest and showed respect to us and our beloved Muffin. This was the hardest goodbye I have ever had to say in my life, and he made it more bearable by talking with us and taking things as slow as needed. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
Dr. Sarah is the sweetest, kindest person. Her compassion she has for animals carries over with the level of care she provides. We just recently had to put our 13.5 yr old cocker spaniel down. She came to our house, walked us through everything and gave us the time we needed to say our final goodbye. This is never the easy part of owning a pet but being able to have a vet come to your house where your pet is most comfortable- words just can’t explain.

Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Although my dog's passing was a day of deep grief, CodaPet and Dr Karen will always be thought of with such gratitude and tenderness. She treated us and him with such dignity and care which are memories that will stay with me forever. Thank you Dr. Karen for being so gentle to us and to him. Thank you for helping me with his foot prints and letting me hold him one last time and never acting like we were taking too long to say goodbye. It was such a good last day. Because of you and CodaPet, his last moments were where he felt safe and loved (and fed delicious snacks, his favorite). He wasn't scared and hurting, and for that gift I cannot even assign value. So when my mind replays him passing, I hold on to a measure of peace because of what you did for us. Seriously, what a gift you gave us. It takes someone really special to walk into grief like that and hold space for that kind of sorrow. I have recommended you to all of my friends and family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Ayle was so very kind and sweet to our 13 year old yellow lab Finnegan. She treated him and me with respect and kindness. While it was so very hard to make the decision that it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Ayle, was very supportive and made sure we were informed of the procedure. I would certainly recommend her services, when needed, to help ease the pain of the loss of the family friend.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.

I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. I can't express the gratitude to Dr. Jessica enough as she made this as peaceful as can be for all of us:) Thank you Dr. Jessica!
Dr Kristina was wonderful. She was compassionate and empathetic. She showed our Lulu tenderness and love like she loved her, too! I highly recommend Dr Kristina to anyone who loves their fur baby enough to make this extremely difficult decision to let them go. It’s heartbreaking but Dr Kristina made us feel like she understood our pain.

Saying goodbye to my dog was one of the most difficult moments of my life, and I'm so grateful Dr. Derecka was there to help us through it. She was compassionate, patient, and incredibly gentle, treating my beloved dog with such dignity and respect. Her kindness brought comfort during an incredibly painful time. I am truly thankful for the exceptional care she provided and couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this final act of love.
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! Dr Ross was so gentle and sensitive with me and my beloved cat. She did everything in her power to ease my anguish and smoothed the way for me to wake her at home overnight, before bringing her to the crematorium. Dr Ross stands in your shoes and is really empathetic and caring
