We couldn't recommend Dr. Wasmoen enough. During an absolute heartbreaking day, she was a very professional, calming, sympathetic presence. She was gentle and caring with our Emmett and calmly talked us through the procedure and what the next steps would be. She ensured he wasn't going to be in pain during the process. And to be able to provide this service in the comfort of our home made it a much more comfortable experience. She followed up with a hand written sympathy card. We hope we never have to go through this again (we inevitably will) but when we do, we will for sure reach out to Dr. Wasmoen first. Couldn't recommend more to help guide you through the most difficult day of your life!
Dr Ross was so gentle and sensitive with me and my beloved cat. She did everything in her power to ease my anguish and smoothed the way for me to wake her at home overnight, before bringing her to the crematorium. Dr Ross stands in your shoes and is really empathetic and caring
Beyond grateful for Dr. Ramos. The kindness, compassion, and empathy she showed to my family as we navigated the difficult decision to help our sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge was more than I can put into words. She answered every question, explained the process, and allowed us time to hold and love on our girl one last time. Dr. Ramos truly went above and beyond. We truly are so very grateful for everything she did for us. This was our first doing in-home euthanasia, and CodaPet made it such a smooth, seamless process. I was able to do everything using my phone, and no calls were necessary, which gave me the opportunity to continue to be present for our dog in her final hours.
Dr Meredith was incredible. Obviously this was a very difficult time for our family but she handled the entire process with so much grace and care. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful experience during one of the hardest moments we’ve had to endure.

Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Saying goodbye to my dog was one of the most difficult moments of my life, and I'm so grateful Dr. Derecka was there to help us through it. She was compassionate, patient, and incredibly gentle, treating my beloved dog with such dignity and respect. Her kindness brought comfort during an incredibly painful time. I am truly thankful for the exceptional care she provided and couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this final act of love.

Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Dr. Lara Allison, is the Best of the Best. I’m so Grateful for her warmth, compassionate love and understanding of helping me get through something I never expected to happen so soon for my sweet, loving baby girl. I feel Blessed I found her. Thank You sooo very much. ✌🏼🐈⬛♥️
Dr Orth was so compassionate and gave us time with Gunner before and after his passing. We were very fortunate Dr. Orth was able to be at our residence within the hour. Thank you 🙏 , this is the first time we have had a veterinarian come to our home and I highly recommend her.
Dr. Ellen was incredibly compassionate. Our cat, Loki, was in late stage kidney diesease. We knew it was time for him. She was able to make the appointment sooner than we scheduled. We appreciated that, at this point he was constantly miserable. If you have had to go to a vet to euthanize a pet, you know its a rather traumatic experience. Especially if the pet hates car rides to begin with. For what it was, she made it as enjoyable an experience it could be. We got to be there as our sweet boy had his last moments laying on the deck like he loved to do. I am truly sorry for the hurt and pain you are going through if your reading this making a decision. I won't tell you if it is the right one or not, but if your at this point, Dr. Ellen provided the most comfortable experience possible for our sweet Loki.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr John was everything we needed that day. Patient, understanding, compassionate and professional. Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Dr. Lisa, a retired veterinarian, brought a gentle presence and deep empathy into our home—qualities that made an unbearable day a little more bearable. Her kindness and professionalism helped guide my wife and me through the process with grace and dignity. We are overwhelmingly grateful that Lily was able to pass in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the space and the things she loved most. Holding her in my arms as she went peacefully was a blessing I will never forget. I wish I could give Sarah a 100 stars! As I told Sarah before she left, she is my hero and that she is an angel. I adopted Honey 14 months ago, she was 17 at that time. Her prior owner had passed away and she was up for adoption. My husband and I had decided we wanted to try adopting an older cat with the goal of giving the cat the best end of live as possible. When it came time for Honey’s end of life to come, the most important thing to me at that point was for her to be euthanized here at our home, where she was comfortable. My husband was traveling when it happened which meant I was alone. Before finding codapet. I had spent 24 hours looking for a veterinary that would travel here to our home. I gave in and booked an appointment for the next day at 4:00 pm with a veterinary in a town close to us. I was heart broken thinking I was going to have to put Honey in a crate, travel in a car and she was going to die in a place she had never been to before. Imagine the terror it would bring to her. My promise to Honey was to give her the best life I possibly could and I was failing at that promise. Then Sarah contacted me. Sarah agreed to come to our home the next day at 11:00. I never would have dreamed that I would be saying this but, it was beautiful. Sarah assured me that it was Honey’s time to go. Sarah and I both sat on the floor as Honey laid resting in her bed. Sarah made Honey feel comfortable with her. I held Honey’s paw and said my final good bye. Honey is at peace and hanging out with the person she first loved. I’m at peace because Sarah and codapet made Honey’s end of life perfect. Thank you Sarah!
Dr. Courtney was absolutely amazing in such a difficult time for us. She was thorough in her explanation of the process and made sure we understood. She was so incredibly caring and gentle with our Tyson. He never felt any pain or anxiety and was so peaceful. After his passing, she was so respectful and caring of us and treated Tyson with the utmost dignity and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet.

We would have loved having our kitty live longer than 18 years. My husband and I both believe quality of life not quantity. Therefore when it was clear there was no quality in our kitty’s life Dr Magnotta came to our home and helped us through this sad situation. I would recommend her highly.

We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Dr. Stukey was so amazingly kind, patient, and caring! She created such a gentle way to say goodbye during a very difficult experience. If you are finding yourself at the tough position of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, she is the vet to help your loved one cross the bridge. ♥️
Dr. Campbell was so kind to us and our beloved dog, Samwise. This was one of the hardest days of our lives, to have to say goodbye to the most amazing friend. Dr. Campbell spent about an hour with us, letting us have the time to say goodbye both before, and after he was gone. She took him to the funeral home for cremation and made sure we knew where he would be and when we could pick him up. This was such a hard decision to make to let him go. Having a caring person come to the house so he could watch the neighborhood and birds from his favorite spot on the porch was priceless.
Dr. Ortman was able to come out the next day to provide a peaceful, at-home euthanasia for our kitty Katsu. Katsu's illness and decline was rather sudden, and after having prior kitties pass away without me present, I swore I would be there in the future. Despite extensive treatment at her vet, we knew it was unfair to ask her to stay with us longer when she was in pain that we couldn't stop. This service allowed me to hold her and let her remain in a peaceful environment at home surrounded by love, rather that stress her by taking her back to the vet. She was surrounded by her familiar smells, sounds, and home. I cannot thank Dr. Ortman enough for his calm compassion when all I wanted to do was sob. He had a quiet dignity and approach that helped me stay calm for Katsu. It takes a special heart to do this for families, and I am so grateful for his.
Dr. Dave had a very calming presence. He explained everything before each step of the process, which helped put us at ease, and he showed such genuine compassion throughout. He treated our sweet dog, Jack, with dignity, respect, and empathy, and he gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Jack’s passing was peaceful and comfortable. We miss him dearly every day, but we are grateful that he was able to pass peacefully in the comfort of our home. Knowing he is finally at rest brings us comfort.

Dr. Brittany is absolutely AMAZING! She is kind and professional and caring. She always asked how my pets are doing, after I had to cancel. I scheduled Harley and he declined very rapidly before our appointment and she came late that night to help him crossover and relieve his pain. She made sure I was aware of what was going to happen before, during and after. My dogs and I were cared for so much by Dr Brittany. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. We lost our Mr. Hobbs on the nineteenth of June. I think I was holding off I'm making this decision partially because I was so stressed out about stressing him out putting him in the car then the ride to the vet, and the stress he would've gone through going into the vets as well . This was not the what what I wanted for his last memory. As my luck would have it Dr. Magnottas information showed up on Facebook right at the right time I did some research with the other at home vets however she stood out to me for some reason and it was the right reason. She is a compassionate, thorough veterinarian who helped me make Hobby boys transition peaceful and stress-free . Dr. Bean was exceptional. He was very thoughtful and compassionate when it came to our loss. He was gentle and respectful with Skeeter . I'm so glad we went this route. Skeeter left us peacefully in his bed on our porch, where he loved to lay.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
Dr. Sarah is the best choice for anyone who loves their pet. Saying goodbye is difficult enough but Dr. Sarah gave us time to do and say what we needed before beginning her procedure. It was done with gentleness and compassion. We’ll be forever thankful for contacting Solace and Dr Sarah.

This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Highly recommend to all my pet-loving friends.
Dr Kristina was wonderful. She was compassionate and empathetic. She showed our Lulu tenderness and love like she loved her, too! I highly recommend Dr Kristina to anyone who loves their fur baby enough to make this extremely difficult decision to let them go. We avoided this moment as long as we could, and it was really important to us that she died in the comfort of her own home rather than the stressful environment of a vet's office. All worries about "was this too much money" disappeared as soon as Dr. Durr showed up. He's calm and friendly, and our dog was very comfortable around him (she's usually shy). He did not rush us at all and explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. He even stepped outside after our dog passed for a while to give us some extra time to say goodbye, which we were very grateful for. Anyone considering at-home euthanasia, we know this is expensive, but if you can do it, it really is the best for your pet and if you can get Dr. Joey Durr, definitely choose him. Also a side note but a super important one: not all vets give the animal a sedative shot before the fatal shot, and that sedative shot is important because without it, your pet's body will often go through a sort of seizure as the fatal shot takes effect, which we've experienced in the past and it was awful to watch. Dr. Durr is one of the vets who believes in giving your pet a sedative shot before the final shot, which was really important to us. This sedative shot essentially puts your pet into a deep sleep, and then the fatal shot stops their heart quietly, with no reaction from the pet; they simply die in their sleep. It's peaceful. We are so grateful to Dr. Durr and the vet he's chosen to be.
Dr. Christina Vernon is a wonderful, compassionate and professional person. She explained the process from beginning to end for sending our beloved Ernie over the Rainbow Bridge. The process was completely stress free and Ernie was calm and peaceful through the whole process. This was the most emotional decision ever made by my husband and myself , and Christina listened to us, didn’t rush the appointment, and put us at ease( as much as possible) . I would highly recommend her to anyone if you are faced with this decision for your beloved pet . Thank you Christina.
Dr. Bates helped my best friend say goodbye to her cat and I was amazed at how great she was. When my cat started to decline from end stage kidney failure, I contacted CodaPet and saw Dr. Bates was available. Thank goodness: I could assure my husband that his beloved soul kitty was in good hands. She is a perfect balance between professional expertise and caring intuition. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. We greatly appreciated the phone call a few hours before the appointment; she was professional and friendly. At the appointment, she was prompt and courteous, talked to everyone there, including our dog. She kept her voice quiet and talked us through everything we needed to know. It was very quick, completely painless for our dog, and she quietly left while we grieved. I felt a tug to be a more polite host and encourage her to stay, but in the end, I was grateful for her quiet exit so we wouldn't have to put on a brave face. In a moment that is the hardest, she made it as easy, smooth, and peaceful as possible. We're grateful to this service - being able to say goodbye at home was priceless - and deeply grateful to Dr. Dixon.
Dr. April Le Blanc is a gifted and exceptional Doctor. She has now twice helped me with the passing of my beloved pets. The heart breaking experience was uplifted with her compassion and professional demeanor. Would highly recommend her to anyone facing having to let go of their pet.
