Dr. Lowman was very caring. This was a very difficult decision to make for my 15 YO Yorkie and the ability to have this done in the home reduced the stress and anxiety for Remy and me. It was so peaceful and Dr. Lowman was a caring and compassionate professional. This was much less stressful compared to visiting an office. I highly recommend Dr.Lowman if you’re faced with this difficult decision.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr Jason Doolittle made sure the experience was peaceful and went at a pace we were comfortable with. He explained in detail everything that would happen and was very gentle with Fiona. Our experience with CodaPet and Dr. Vosberg: To prepare ourselves for what to expect, we researched at-home pet euthanasia on the internet. We decided on CodaPet, and our assigned veterinarian was Dr. Michelle Vosburg. From the initial conversation, through the procedure and after, Dr. Vosburg was, sympathetic, kind, and compassionate. We were comforted with her bedside manner with Riley and her goal of making sure Riley was stress-free the entire time. Dr. Vosburg was soft spoken and gentle with Riley. Dr. Vosburg brought Riley, and us, smiles at her passing by treating Riley to a scrumptious chocolate bar. Riley became agitated for a second, but Dr. Vosburg was able to settle our sweet baby. Dr. Vosburg explained each step of the process. After Riley’s passing, we were able to spend as much time with her as we wanted. Dr. Vosburg provided a pet-stretcher to carry out Riley, in a blanket we were able to provide. Riley was carried out on the pet-stretcher, to the back of Dr. Vosburg’s SUV for her final ride to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Vosburg drove off slowly, and respectfully. The attention that Dr. Vosburg paid to Riley’s moment was unsurpassed. We felt that our fur baby was a valued member of the Earthly plain, and treated as such. I cant recommend Dr. Michelle Vosburg enough, to help pets and their people through a very difficult experience. Thank you Dr. Vosburg! LR
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. Our family felt very fortunate that we had Dr John Murray as our Coda vet to assist our dying dog with euthanasia. He displayed a perfect combination of gentle guidance, and empathy for our family during this difficult time. We could not be more thankful that he was there to assist our beloved dog during his end of life.
Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Dr. Perzak was wonderful on our hardest day. She is the perfect person for this hard job. She took such beautiful care of our Mollie girl, and was available on short notice as Mollie’s status declined quickly. We will be forever thankful for Dr. Perzak and the peace she brought our family in such a devastating time.

Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Choosing to say goodbye to our sweet cat, Sasha, was so hard, but CodaPet and Dr. John Crawford made it a peaceful and comforting experience. We are so grateful to Dr. John for turning a heartbreaking day into a sacred, beautiful moment. If you are facing this difficult choice for your pet, I highly recommend at-home euthanasia, and specifically Dr. Crawford.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.

The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.

Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.

Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.

We did everything we could to ensure he had the best last day and that definitely included having Dr. Dykstra come to our house to assist. From the time we scheduled the appointment until Koda was returned to us, she showered us with kindness and care. I have never been able to do this with my pets at home so I had no idea what to expect. She gently guided us through every step of the process and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. I cannot recommend Dr. Dykstra enough. She took such very good care of our boy, right up to the end. In spite of the pain, we knew he was in such caring hands.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Dr Leatherman was so very kind.♥️ Even when my niece was there and was drunk and just plain rude to the doctor and myself. I apologize for her behavior. I thank Dr Leatherman for the advice he gave me to give my Brusky a food that he enjoyed during his last moments. I gave him frozen yogurt and knowing that he went to Jesus happy and enjoying his yummy treat brings me much peace. He was 16 years old and had a wonderful, happy life. He is very missed. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.

We really appreciated the care that Dr. Monroe showed us. We exchanged many messages leading up to the day, and that attention and time gave us comfort in our decision and timeline. Her genuine compassion created a safe space for the heartbreaking situation. Dr. Monroe was delicate and gentle while caring for our baby. She took her time and explained everything to us, and she made sure we were okay. Being in the warmth of our own home kept the space lower stress for our boy, and I absolutely am glad we chose to do it at home and not in a clinical office.
Losing Tigressa was one of the hardest things we've ever been through, and Dr. Megan Lowman treated her—and us—with extraordinary compassion and kindness. From the moment she arrived, Dr. Lowman gave us the time we needed, explained everything gently, and made an incredibly painful experience as peaceful and dignified as possible. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Angela. Our sweet old girl has always despised car rides. When we knew it was time, the idea of driving her to our vet clinic was really weighing on us. We recently called on Dr. Whala to transition our sweet Eddie girl. She is so gentle and caring. Dr. Karen explained the process so thoughtfully. Eddie loved her the minute she entered our home, and was very comfortable , she was in good hands. We all felt the love. I am still in awe at the peaceful passing of our girl. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. I am very relieved to have chosen pet euthanasia at home with CodaPet and Dr. Valentino. When I think of the potential trauma that my cat would have endured by transport to the vet (which he hated) and the hustle/bussle of the vet hospital, having Smudge pass at home was the best and only option for us. Dr. Valentino was very professional and had a very calm and comforting disposition for me and Smudge. His passing was as I had hoped…peaceful and at home, surrounded by the place and persons he loved.
Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
Dr. Briell was amazing. She is very compassionate and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Providing one last act of love for your pet is such a special thing to be able to do. She was amazing when we had to make the decision to end our Great Dane’s suffering. She made sure we were able to include our other dogs during the euthanasia as well which was something that was very important to my husband and I. Hopefully we will not need her services again anytime soon, however when we do, she will be our first call!
Dr. Bates was so kind and gentle with my sweet girl. She was also very kind to my mother and myself as we were obviously very sad and crying. I appreciate the time we were given to say goodbye and the respect shown to my first baby and very best friend. This was, by far, the hardest decision I ever had to make, and Dr. Bates’ wonderful care and empathy helped to reassure me.
Dr. DuBose is fantastic! She allowed us to say goodbye to our dog in the most gentle way. I truly believe our dog’s last moments were peaceful and in his familiar environment. Although this was an incredibly sad moment in our lives, Dr. Duvall exuded a calming and kind presence that made the process easier to go through. She was soft in her explanation of each portion of the procedure, and patient as we went through it. I am grateful for her gentle expertise. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Dr. Loughmiller was very sweet and kind. I was visibly heartbroken over my cat of 16 yrs being diagnosed with cancer. Having to watch him wither away and go from his normal self to literally dying was more than I could bear. I knew I couldn't let him suffer and wanted an in-home, more personal goodbye for him. I want to say thank you so much to Dr. Loughmiller and Coda Pet. I would def recommend them. My heart broke once again, and the tears fell, but in a good way, when I received the heartfelt card and token in Max's honor. I will cherish it forever. Thank you! Thank you!! In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.
I've used Dr. Meredith twice in two completely different circumstances and in both case I was beyond satisfied. She shows a great deal of empathy and understanding and made the difficult process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Dr. Schott was really courteous and adaptable to how we wanted to say goodbye to our cat. Wonton loved being outside and so we took her out in the yard and let her roam, enjoy the sunshine and have some fresh catnip. It was really peaceful and Dr. Schott gave us the time we needed with her. Definitely recommend having in home, when it’s time for our other cat, we’ll go with them again.
We contacted Coda after striking out with our regular vet and 2 other local vets who do in-home euthanasia. (One of which hasn't called us back after 15 days.) Our dog's condition was declining rapidly, and Dr Adarraga went above and beyond to move up his scheduled arrival time. When it was obvious there was no hope of recovery, Dr Adarraga ended Buddy's suffering in the gentlest, kindest way, explaining the procedure to us and supporting our decision. He was professional but also so sympathetic. Thank you, Dr Adarraga and Coda!
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! I highly recommend Dr. Goldberg. Dr. Goldberg was more than I expected. She was so kind, caring and supportive. She told me everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. Losing my Raven was very hard but Dr. Goldberg shared her personal experience which made me feel like I’m not alone. That my feelings are valid with no judgement. Dr. Kellie was nothing short of Amazing. Her whole persona and how she carries everything through is so gentle. She explains every process and tailors things to your pets needs. She never rushed. It even started raining during the whole process which means the heavens opened up to allow my boy to go to his new home. Then the sunshine came through so beautifully after. Without her it would’ve been a much harder process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERVICE!

Dr. Laura DuBose was great!!! She was calm and quite patient even though Patches, my 13 yo calico presented her with a challenge. She was a cat who could be described as a feral indoor cat who has never stepped foot out the door. At no time in her life, no voice was raised to her and never any harsh treatment was experienced by her. Dr. Laura managed to catch her by herself with a towel and injected tranquilizer. She then put her in my arms and I was able to hold her as she went to sleep for good. I admired her compassion and competency. I would highly recommend Dr. DuBose for vet services. We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. I appreciate that she came to my house within 2 hours lucky we live close to each other she says. However after Bear was put down she says take your time. But she kept on hovering over me kinda rushing me and I finally said can u go wait in the livingroom. Sure no problem. Then a few minutes later she says her car is getting warm so need to wrap things up. I feel as if I didn’t get enough time. Second I told her I wanted private cremation so assuming from the past paw print and fur clipping came with it. It does not and she never brought it up. Or engraving on the box. So I don’t get Bears paw print clippings and had to bring Bears ashes back to cremation shop to get the engraving. Third I emailed her a couple times asking where Bear is. Can I pick her up when she’s ready? Where is she? When will she be ready? No response. I had to call around to find my pup. Not impressed at all. Quite disappointing actually.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

I can wholeheartedly give my highest recommendation for Dr Evymarie Sanchez. She was so professional and so very caring. She helped me make our last moments together full of the love I always shared with my sweet rescue dog, Lilly.
Dr. Stukey was so amazingly kind, patient, and caring! She created such a gentle way to say goodbye during a very difficult experience. If you are finding yourself at the tough position of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, she is the vet to help your loved one cross the bridge. ♥️

I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.

She was sweet, kind and thoughtful. She was tender with Jessie. I would highly recommend using home euthanasia for your pet. It takes a lot of stress off the pet and especially the owner. I appreciate what she did for me. It was the second hardest thing I've had to do in my life and Dr. Kaitlyn made it a little easier. God bless the work she does.
No easy way to navigate end of life for a beloved furry family member. However, this experience, in our home, surrounded by comfort...was the most compassionate way to say goodbye to our beloved Boo.
We will always be grateful for the kindness and compassion Dr. Canty and her assistant provided for and our family from the moment they arrived. They explained everything gently, gave us all the time we needed, and made sure Mischa was comfortable and surrounded by love in her own home. Because of their care, our nearly 17-year-old girl was able to pass peacefully and with dignity. They never made us feel rushed and treated Mischa as if she mattered to them, not just as a patient.
I am sharing this because I would never want another pet owner to go through what I experienced during one of the most painful moments of my life. I arranged for her to come to my friend’s home to help my ESA dog pass peacefully. I paid an additional $100 for her to come on her day off because I wanted to ensure my dog had a calm and gentle goodbye. I was told I could take as much time as I needed with him. When she arrived, she initially seemed kind and comforting. However, after I signed the paperwork, the experience began to feel rushed and disjointed. While I was trying to spend my final moments focusing on my dog, she continued engaging with him. My dog was very people-oriented, so he naturally stayed focused on her, which made it difficult for me to have the quiet, personal time I expected with him. During the procedure, my dog reacted suddenly when the needle was inserted. I became very upset and immediately asked if he was okay. In that moment, I needed reassurance and support, but I felt alone and overwhelmed. After he passed, I asked for private time with him because I was devastated. I was told, “I’ll give you five minutes,” and then later given another short window. This felt very different from what I had been told beforehand about being able to take my time, and it added to the emotional distress of the situation. I was also not given the option to keep his body overnight, which others did provide to me as an option. I was told certain keepsakes would be included, such as nose clay prints, but the crematory later confirmed they do not provide those items. The cremation process caused additional confusion and distress. I was told by the doctor that my dog’s cremation had already started, and that because of this I would not be able to see him again. This created urgency and emotional shock in the moment, and led me to immediately reach out to the crematory for clarification. I had to locate the crematory myself—it was the second one I called, as the name was never provided to me at any point. After contacting them, I learned that my dog had not yet even been received. This discrepancy added to the emotional distress during an already traumatic time. I was also initially faced with the possibility of paying an additional $250 just to see my dog again, which was later compensated by CodaPet. Additionally, when it was time to bring my dog to the vehicle, there was another person present in the car who I had not been informed about beforehand. Carrying my dog after his passing was already extremely painful, and the lack of communication about this added to the distress of that moment. My dog was my family, and this experienc was incredibly difficult. I understand that every situation is different, but I hope this helps other pet owners ask questions, clarify expectations ahead of time, and ensure they feel fully comfortable with the person they choose to help them say goodbye.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
