Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
We had a great experience with Dr. Randolph. He took care of our baby and made sure we were doing well. He has a calming demeanor and was able to explain everything very well as he was getting things done. He brought our little baby’s ashes back to the house within a week. Overall the service was great. I do not wish we go through anything like this but if we ever do, I will be definitely calling Dr. Randolph for his services.
Dr. Norman was wonderful in helping our pet pass away peacefully at home. She was professional, compassionate and genuinely kind. We would highly recommend Dr. Norman and CodaPet for those looking for in home euthanasia services.

We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
When we knew it was time to send our dog Charlie over the Rainbow Bridge, my wife and I didn't want his last moments to be shaking and terrified in a vet office. Dr. Bailey came to our home, spoke with us about the process, and caringly got us through the process of putting him to sleep. Charlie went over the bridge in peace without any pain or anxiety. She genuinely cares about the animals comfort and the pet owners grief and anxiety of making such a difficult decision. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to put their pet out of it's suffering and prefers to do it at home, she is wonderful.
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
Thank you for being so helpful, kind and compassionate, taking part of what was such a devastating time for me, (im crying while writing). Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Thank you so much Dr.Todd in doing what has to be one of the world’s toughest jobs!
In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Renee Schott provides an amazing service. She turns a difficult time into an experience of knowing that your family friend moved on in a calm, painless, and peaceful manner. There’s no good way to go through this, but using Dr. Schott is a decision you will be glad you made. She makes your pet, you, and your family members all feel as ease with the transition.

Dr Torres was very caring and carefully explained everything to us. Our pet, Hershey, was treated very respectfully and did not suffer any fear or anxiety like he would have at a veterinary office.

Dr. Banks was very kind and compassionate during one of the most difficult decisions I've ever had to make. She took the time to explain what would take place and gently introduced herself to Murphy so he would feel comfortable with her. She also respected the time line that we had discussed earlier for the procedure . Her comforting words, reassurance, and professionalism along the way, while making sure he was comfortable in his final moments with us, meant the world to me. She was even kind enough to let me carry him to her car so I could say my final goodbye. I miss my little one tremendously, but I take comfort in knowing that he had the very best of care thanks to Dr. Banks.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.

Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. I was so pleased with the care and respect that Dr. DeWitt showed our sweet pup and us. Speaking with her before and during the process assured me that I was making the best and right decision. From meeting us to transferring our sweet Nova to her car, everything went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything different. It was, as she described, the best last gift we could give our adored dog.
Andrea was very compassionate, communicative and empathetic when she came to help our 15 year old Border Terrier - Bella, rest in peace. We knew after many episodes of illness this was the end of her struggle. Dr. Dover came out on a Sunday, exactly at the time we requested. She asked questions about Bella and gave us expectations on what would happen. It all went smoothly and as best it could under the circumstances. She took her gently after we said our goodbyes. Within about a week, we got Bella’s ashes back from Peaceful Paws in a very nice wooden urn - along with a footprint, a little fur and a certificate. Would highly recommend Andrea and Peaceful Paws.

While we were 100% certain that our dog was dying and needed to be euthanized, it seemed strange in hindsight that Dr Izlar didn’t examine her directly or ask to see her medical records before performing the procedure. Isn’t that part of a doctor’s responsibility to confirm that the dog is terminally ill before going forward? She was very direct, explained the process and was respectful toward us. I think we just aren’t familiar with how another vet would have handled the same situation if we sowed up at their office and asked them to euthanize our dog. I pray this is our only experience like this.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr Jill is kind and compassionate. Sly Fox greeted her as if she was a old friend. I knew right there and then that he was comfortable with her. I can't thank her enough for being so wonderful at the worst time of my life.
I cannot overstate how incredibly compassionate, professional, and caring Dr. Mills was with our family and our cat, Murray, on his most difficult day. She worked us into her already full schedule due to our emergency needs. Dr. Mills was able to adjust her standard routine to meet our needs and make everything as easy as possible for our Murray. She was so respectful of Murray and our family and she explained everything that was happening before she moved to the next step. I can’t give her enough praise, and I am so thankful that she provides such a critical & compassionate service.
Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Dr. Jones was very kind through the whole difficult process. She helped our sweet Lady Lynn of 13 yrs feel comfortable and us as well. She took her time and went with the pace our family was comfortable with. We will forever miss our Lady Lynn but I am thankful for the service provided to make it comfortable at home for her to pass. Where to start... I first talked to Dr. Gibson via text when I found out Cisco's cancer had moved to his lungs. He wasn't ready to go yet, but I wanted to be prepared. At the time I would have described her as compassionate, caring, and kind. I was soon to find out that she is so much more than that. What the Oncologist thought would be a few weeks to a few months turned out to be 9 days. I had already set a tentative date for the 22nd, but after seeing Cisco & the realization that he was holding on for me to get home (I work out of town 13 on, 1 day off) Through tears and a plethora of other emotions I immediately reached out to Dr. Gibson & let her know the situation and that I needed to set my baby boy free. She was amazing, nothing was forced, nothing rushed. She met Cisco, he hobbled over and greeted her, Then he finally laid down on his blanket in the afternoon Sun. He told me it was time. She walked us through everything, paid attention to every detail & went above & beyond what I expected or could have ever hoped for. She gave me nose and pawprints to remember him, I never would have thought of that, a Keychain with his hair, and walked me through even after the fact. She made sure the crematorium got what they needed from me & tomorrow I"ll be going to pick his ashes up. I don't know how Dr. Gibson does it, but she took every hope I had in helping set Cisco free & not only exceeded them, she blew them out of the water. She is amazing & I am blessed to have had her in one of the toughest times in my life. She is an Angel !
Dr. Amy went above and beyond for me and Mayhem. She called me in the evening to discuss the plan and made accommodations despite not being availability. She made the process as easy as possible. A week ago we had to said goodbye to our beloved Kia. The pain of losing a family member is intense. We are thankful, however , that we had the assistance from Dr. Shannon Nakaya for a safe and calm experience at home. Our little doggie was always terrified at the veterinary clinic, her 15 pound frame shook from head to tail, it was nice to see her happy and relaxed in my arms, eating a treat and wagging her tail one last time.
Dr. Simpson could not have been more kind, gentle and patient as she helped us say goodbye to our beloved Sadie. When we are faced with this heartbreaking situation again, we will absolutely seek her services again, and we recommend her 100%.
Dr Peterson was amazing. She was kind and gracious. She took such good care of my girl. This is the worst day in any pet guardian's life, but this process grants our pets so much comfort and kindness in their last moments. I could not have imagined a better experience.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. I had to put my 9 year old Husky Lizzie down due to illness. Dr. Torres did everything she could to make the process as painless as possible. She spent time playing with Lizzie beforehand and was very kind and caring with her and me. Her death happened very quickly and she gave me plenty of time to say goodbye and told me every step of the way what to expect. This was the most loving and dignified way I could think of to say good bye to my little baby Lizzie.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr Jason Doolittle made sure the experience was peaceful and went at a pace we were comfortable with. He explained in detail everything that would happen and was very gentle with Fiona. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. Dr. Suzanne Causey was exactly who and what we needed her to be for our dear Skyler. She was timely; in and out professionally and conscientiously. When we unfortunately had to find someone to euthanize our beloved dog Auggie, we did a lot of research and talked to many companies to find the right professional to help us in our home. It was important for us to do this at home and make our dog feel comfortable! We received a recommendation for Dr. John Murry through Code a Pet and we are very thankful that we did. He was very communicative prior to arriving at our house and right away made us feel very at ease, at least as much as we could considering what we were about to do. Once he arrived he took the time to explain the process, how it would be done and to insure that we were as comfortable as possible and that our dog would not feel any pain. He was very considerate and compassionate the whole time. He took the time to ask about Auggie and listened while we shared stories and our history together. We have had to unfortunately do this for our prior dog and 2 cats, and wish we could have used Dr. Murry and could have done this at home like we did with our dog Auggie. It was so much more serene and comfortable for our pet to be home in his familiar environment. I highly recommend this process and especially Dr. John Murry! Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Dr. Walton and her assistant were very compassionate and patient. The whole in home euthanasia process was explained at the beginning and my Layla was put to rest in the most humane way possible. Thank you.
Dr Colbert was so caring and inspirational in helping us transition LT in this difficult time process. We are forever grateful for her caring and nurturing position in such a trying time.
