Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Dr. Matthew was very compassionate, and did everything to make the process as comfortable as it could be. I would definitely recommend him to any animal lover.
Saying goodbye to our pets is difficult. Going into an office always created anxiety for my dog. Saying goodbye in his home set him at ease. Dr. Courtney made this decision & experience a little easier. She was very professional yet empathetic. She ensured there would be no rush & there wasn't. I would highly recommend Dr. Courtney.
Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. The death of Boo Boo was devastating for me. And his condition deteriorated so rapidly we could not take him to the vet we have had for years - who was not available. My daughter and her wife used this service - a different vet with their dog who had ALS (yes, dogs get ALS) so we knew where to turn.We contacted them at 3:30 pm and they arrived as asked for at 7. We couldn't let BooBoo suffer any more. Dr Rebecca and her assistant were wonderfully compassionate, we got to hold BooBoo and say goodbye in our living room. They followed up by Delivering the pawprints and ashes. I could not ask for a more compassionate, loving farewell. I wish we treated people this well in their passing. Their kindness will Always be remembered and appreciated
I would highly recommend CodaPet and Dr. Bailey! Being able to make an appointment online within such a short notice was a blessing for our 15yr old girl, Jetta. Dr. Bailey was absolutely amazing!! I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. Murray provided emotional support at the time we needed it the most . My dog Lucy was 16 and , unfortunately, was dealing was dealing with illness that no longer was treatable. She was loosing weight and I just couldn’t bear a thought of driving her to office. I knew how scared she was of new smells and new people. I wanted her to be comfortable and loved in her last moments . I’ve heard about Dr. Murray from one of my patients and was able to schedule the same day visit. Although saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy, he made it a positive experience . Dr Katie was just the person we needed to see us through the loss of our family cat. She let us tell stories, ugly cry, and sat in our backyard with us while our family said goodbye together. We were given much needed space and time to hold her after she died. I didn’t know I needed all the help she provided, but now I can’t imagine going through that without her there. Dr. Lydia was an absolute angel. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience for a terrible time 😞 she was so compassionate and patient and loving and made the awful experience of loosing my soul dog as sweet as possible. I was able to schedule her within about a 3 to 4 hour window of arrival so my sweet girl wasn’t suffering more than necessary. She gave us plenty of time and space to say goodbye. Dr. Angela helped us through this very painful experience. Her empathy for us and her care for our loved pet made helped us all in more ways than we can express. Ellie was in her home surroundings so she was not nervous at all. We were able to comfort Ellie as Dr. Angela helped us through her transition from her pain to the next world where she could run, play and be loved. Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.

Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Coco was our rescued cat for 10+ years and we had poor experience with taking our previous cats to the vets for their final trip. So when we saw CodaPet, we were blessed to have Dr. Sarah Wratten administer Coco's last moments with us. We had Coco here quietly with her favorite smells and sounds and us around. Dr Sarah was gentle, compassionate and, most of all, reassuring as we had never had our other cats euthanized with us at home. Dr. Sarah talked us through each step both before and during. And it was like Coco fell asleep in our laps and peacefully transitioned. Of course, we were Very Sad but experienced the most gentle passing we could hope for. No drama, no noise, at her home for so many years. This is always going to be a tough moment for any pet owner but CodaPet and Dr. Sarah met the moment with professionalism, grace, and calm that made it the best send-off for Coco we could have ever hoped for.
Dr. Torres was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and offered multiple options for each step of the process. She was super accommodating & very thoughtful. The hug she gave me at the end was much needed and greatly appreciated. She truly had more compassion then medical Dr.s I have worked with over 25 years as an RN. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Very best possible transition for our beloved dog and our family. Dr. Mumm allowed us to be out on our deck where Coda was the most comfortable in the cooler air. Our dog really liked her, too. The last hour of her life was as wonderful as we could make it, with lots of pets and love and treats. She fell asleep gently, settled right in front of me. Dr. Mumm was very reassuring to us and we helped her carry Coda out to her car on a stretcher since she was a big dog. She wrapped her in blankets on the stretcher but left her head out so the last thing we saw was her head on her paws, resting peacefully. Later we received a personal email and card from her which listed many of the activities we told her about doing with Coda. It felt like she really listened and cared! Thank you, Dr. Mumm, for making this difficult time so much better than expected!
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Dr. Derecka provided a kind and compassionate experience for us saying goodbye to our beloved family member. We decided to spend our last hours with him outside where he was happiest and calm. Dr Derecka arrived quietly, gently explained everything that was about to happen, and gave us as much time as we wanted before beginning the procedure. As overwhelmed and sad as we were, we are so glad that we let our beloved dog leave us calmly and comfortable in his familiar home surroundings with his family around him. I would highly recommend Dr Derecka, and as awful as it was to say goodbye, it was a far better and more comforting experience than taking him to the vet hospital (which was always somewhere he hated anyway!).
Dr. San Miguel came out to our home for our 17 year kitty Gus. She made a horrible and sad situation a bit easier for us humans and much easier for Gus.
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
Unfortunately, my elder dog Patience took a turn for the worse and I had to make the call that I dreaded. I had previously decided to have a vet come to the home for her passing. I didn’t want Patience trembling in fear at the vet’s office. Karen Whala arrived and she was wonderful. She took her time quietly explaining the process to me and my daughter as we cried. Patience passed peacefully in her favorite chair and I’m confident that she felt no pain thanks to Karen. Karen was the only good thing in a terrible day and I’m grateful.
This was the first time I've had someone come to the house to put one of my fur babies to rest.. Our "Big Boy" Rocco passed peacefully with my husband and I and the compassionate assistance of Dr. Christina Vernon. I was so glad I did not have to put Rocco through the stress of moving him and Dr. Vernon made the transition peaceful. I would definitely use her services in the future. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.
Dr. Sara was very kind, compassionate, and patient and we are grateful for the gift of relief and peace she gave to our beloved Kitty in her final moments in the comfort of her own home. I can’t think of any way that Dr Sara could have made one of our hardest days any easier. Forever grateful that it was her who provided that service for us.
Doing it at home was the best decision I could have made in such a terrible time. I wouldn’t do it any other way going forward. Dr. Murray was very caring and empathetic.

My Buster meant everything to me , he was a huge part of my everyday routine. Even when I would leave on a few days trip which wasn’t often because he had. separation anxiety and he did not want me to leave him. I would call to check on him often . Dr Sarah Clem was amazing . She was very compassionate and calm. You could just tell from the very first moment we met her that she truly cared She took her time explaining the process to us and answering any questions that we had . Buster went up to her as she was sitting on a carpet on our floor at his level . He was very comfortable with her . She made one of the hardest decisions I have made in my life a compassionate peaceful transition for my Buster to cross the rainbow bridge. I am so very thankful to have been blessed to have her here to help us during this very emotional hard time. I would definitely recommend her .

This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a family can go through, and we are so grateful for the compassion and kindness shown by Dr. Kerri during this difficult time. This was the second time we asked her to come to our home, and once again she made such a heartbreaking moment feel peaceful, gentle, and full of dignity. She treated him with such care and gave our family the time, comfort, and support we needed. Being able to say goodbye at home, surrounded by love, meant everything to us. Her calm presence and genuine compassion will never be forgotten. Thank you for helping our sweet boy pass peacefully and for showing so much empathy during one of the hardest days for us. We truly cannot recommend her enough.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful.
