We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Making the decision to put our beautiful Roxy girl down was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. But Dr. Rebecca Walton and her assistant made our goodbye a lil easier. They were both amazing with us and our beautiful Roxy. Thank you both for all your help. REST IN PARADISE MY SWEET ROXY GIRL. You will forever be in our hearts. Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.

Best dog, best friend - my fluff of life. Saying goodbye was one of the hardest things I have ever done. My heart still aches as I see my baby in the shadows. Dr. Rebecca Walton was wonderful. She made sure Cody was comfortable using a sedative. She put him to sleep while I held him. And when I was ready, she helped me to let him go. She was kind, supportive and compassionate. And while I never want to see her again, if I ever need to do this again I will be searching for her. Coda Pet provided a wonderful service. Being at home for our last goodbye with a compassionate doctor and assistant meant everything. Thank you.
Diana was caring and took her time to explain the process to me. She is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever dealt with. She put Da Beats (our pup) in a soft bed for the ride home after the process. She explained that she talks to the pup as she drives to still give all the positive energy she can even though our Sweetie Beats had moved on to her next healthy life. Diana allowed our other dogs time to sniff the Sweetie Beats as a rite of passage for all. She made this experience peaceful. We are forever grateful. Dr. Kristina Pugh is honestly the sweetest person EVER! I will never be able to thank her enough for how kind she was to our family and especially our Harley. I never knew about someone coming to the house. I didn’t know how it was going to go. Our sweet dog got to pass in his home, comfortable. Our whole family, who were all an absolute wreck, thought she was perfect. I can’t say enough about her. It’s a difficult time and she made everything easier. Thank you so much for that, Dr. Pugh!
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! Dr. Murray is kind, gentle, careful, knowledgeable, patient and has the skills and all the genuine caring to handle everything the pet needs, along with its mourning people. We are so grateful to him for making the awful experience as painless as it could have been for both Caesar and us, while having to say goodbye.

It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Words cannot describe how comforting and kind Dr. Becca and her assistant Morgan were during the process. However I will do my best. My family's situation with our family dog was difficult which led us to the deciding to let him rest. He had grown very old, sick, and was in poor condition. It was embarrassing. I explained the situation to Dr. Becca, asking to please do not judge us and our dogs state. Her communication and assurance that she held no judgement made the experience less painful. We were her last appointment during the night, but she and Morgan showed up with positive and compassionate energy. Holding such soothing demeanor, they conversed with us, explained each step, and kept strong composure as we grieved his last breath. They took him away with such consideration, it made my family and I feeling light knowing we did the right thing and that he is in good hands with them. Then their visit to bring our dog back to us was endearing as they brought flowers, a written card, his paw print, and his ashes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr. Becca and Morgan! The experience would have been unbearable without you.
Dr. Lori was so thoughtful and caring. She brought light and love to a very difficult day. I was so grateful for her calming and reassuring presence.
She was very compassionate and caring. I'm still distraught, but she helped us get through a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend her. I had to put another baby to sleep 15 years ago, and we took him to the vet. This time our Lucy was in her front yard with all her friends around her and she just went to sleep.
Dr. Peterson was kind, compassionate and professional. I talked a lot (my coping mechanism) and she listened with a sympathetic ear. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, so I knew what to expect at each step along the way. I asked for a moment alone with my dog after she'd passed. Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.

Bandit was beloved by so many for 15 1/2 years. When his time came, we decided to have his goodbye at home. We lucked out and got Dr. McCasland. She was so kind and treated Bandit as if she’d known him his whole life. She stroked him while listening to our stories. We never felt hurried. Dr. Glenn is an outstanding human and helped provide for a loving, peaceful, transition for our beloved dog. He was patient, kind, explained every step, paused if we needed a moment and asked questions of what our dog was like. Our dog stressed so badly when going to the vet’s that we just couldn’t think of doing that to him on this last day. Fortunately there are people like Dr Glenn who can provide this service where your pet, and you, are most comfortable - at home.

Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.

Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. It's taken me about three weeks to be able to post this. I met Dr. Guerrero at the emergency care facility after my cat Molly had a bleeding event. Dr. G diagnosed her with an oral cancer. It was incredibly difficult, but Dr. G's kind treatment of it made it bearable, and I began to care for Molly in a hospice-like setting at my home. When her time came some 7 or 8 weeks later, I made sure to schedule the in-home visit with Dr. Guerrero. She was on time, kind and very compassionate. We talked over Molly's condition first, and she reassured me about my decision. The process, while incredibly sad for me, was handled as well as I could imagine. Dr. G was gentle and kind to Molly. She was never in a rush. When it was over, she even brought in a little basket for Molly, and covered her in a blanket like she was sleeping and took her for cremation. A few days later Dr. G came by herself and delivered Molly's remains and a paw print souvenir. She was very kind and I think would have stayed to talk as long as I wanted, but I was still pretty inconsolable. I would recommend Dr. G when that time comes for you and your family. Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.

Dr Courtney White was sweet and helpful and caring. She explained everything and took the time we needed. It was such a blessing to have her in this difficult time and having an at home visit was truly a relief as I just could not take my cat out of the home never to return.
Matt was not able to be there so as grandparents Bill and I were there for our St on in this time of need. The Doctor talked us through every step. Thing time was hard as a grandma but even harder because it was on my 68th birthday that we had to put down our granddaughter but she is not in pain anymore. Thank you Dr Amy for the wonderful job.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.

Thanks to Dr. Lowman for coming to our house at 9pm to allow our sweet boy to pass in peace. He was over 14 years old and his health rapidly declined within 48 hours. Myself and my husband had been discussing Charlie’s quality of life for a few days and on Sunday morning we knew it needed to be scheduled as soon as possible. We were able to schedule with Dr. Anna Peterson on Sunday afternoon. Neither of us had been with a pet during Euthanasia and had no idea what to expect. I had been crying for previous 48 hours. Dr. Peterson was a gift to our family. Having an at home option in rural MN was the best thing we could do for our sweet boy. I have felt such relief knowing he passed comfortably at home. Dr. Ann was truly incredible. She came to our home to help our sweet Morkie, Leila, cross the rainbow bridge, and I can’t express how grateful we are for her compassion. From the moment she arrived, she was gentle, calming, and so respectful of our emotions. She walked us through every step with such kindness and made sure Leila was comfortable, peaceful, and surrounded by love. Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. She intuively knew the best way to ways communicate with us in our profound grief, and they were incredibly respectful and gentle despite my rather terse communication at the time. I never wish anyone to have to go through this, but if you do, I can't recommend Dr. Becca enough.
Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Upon arrival Dr. Alexander was quiet and respectful, which immediately showed me that she understood the weight of the day. Through the process there was no attempt at lightening the mood or even small talk. She showed reverence, respect and great empathy when explaining the process. After the procedure she stepped out and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes and once I let her in she handled my boy as if he was her own. Overall a very professional experience, incredibly well handled. While I don’t wish to use CodaPet or Dr. Alexander again anytime soon, they will be go-to whenever my next furry family member needs a peaceful passing.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
She was so calming and supportive of our whole family going through this difficult time. Took the time to share with us every step of the process and when it was time to do each thing. Gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, before and after. She made our Dusty's journey over the rainbow bridge very peaceful, and help us go through it.

Dr. Elizabeth Parks truly was an angel that made the whole experience of it being our mastiff Frasier's time to pass. The support and service was absolutely personalized, not rushed, we felt validated, heard, we had choices and power/control over many aspects of the experience- something my husband was really fearful of not being able to do due to Frasier's trust issues with others (not liking to be looked in the eyes by people outside of the family, growling, etc.). Frasier had a history is distrust and intense fear/insecurities when it came to any vet clinic or individual in various roles. Vet visits were typically traumatic in nature for Frasier as well as my husband due to him needing a muzzle, having to be sedated for every visit... despite the reason for the appt. Dr. Elizabeth Parks truly cared about Frasier and us despite just meeting us. She offered text and phone call support beforehand, offered advice when desired and listened. She absolutely cared about Frasier, our other dog Donnie and my family. My husband and I cannot get over how amazing she was. There was no judgement felt with what we chose and how we were managing the loss of our baby. She respected Frasier's boundaries and read our body language- her timing was perfect in regards to supporting those involved, answering questions and giving us time alone with Frasier. Thank you so much! We are so grateful for choosing this in-home service to help our Frasier pass. We highly recommend to anyone in similar situations. In-home euthanasia was something that helped Frasier pass without intense stress and trauma. Thank you, thank you!
Having my pet euthanized due to a diagnosis of stage 4 lymphoma cancer at 7 years 11 months was something I wasn’t ready for. My dog was so young and taken away from me too soon. Dr. Fieg was the best. She was very thorough and explain explaining the entire process and gave me as much time as I needed to be with my dog until his demise. My dog went very peacefully and is no longer in pain. It was very comforting to me seeing the process and being there for my dog till the end. I did everything I could for my dog and the cancer was just too much for him. Although I miss him on a minute to minute basis, I know that he is in a better place now. I would highly recommend.Dr. Fieg if and when it comes time to make that decision that you never thought you had to make. Thank you Dr. Fieg for being so thorough and respectful to my dog and my wishes.

Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Dr. Sarah Clem was so nice and respectful. She truly cares about our pets and us. Dr. Clem did and said everything right. She gave us the time to say our goodbyes to our beloved Duke. Dr. Clem explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. She made Duke very comfortable. She brought Duke home very quickly. Dr. Sarah Clem is a wonderful soul and so thankful we made the decision to have her come to our home.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Highly recommend to all my pet-loving friends.
She was a gift to us through a very sudden decline in health for our dog. She was tender and handled our sadness with great respect. She talked us through the process, so there was nothing that happened that we didn't understand. She had just helped us euthanize our horse a week and half earlier. It was a difficult few weeks and she was perfect during this very painful time in our lives. I highly recommend her.
In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
