We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.

I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. Dr. Prado Sanchez was so kind and so compassionate. She guided us through what was a heartbreaking but necessary experience. I would definitely use her services again for the two pets that I still have.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

Saying goodbye to my companion and best friend, Coco, was the hardest thing I have done. Dr. Nicolette Michelli made the experience pleasant, despite the situation. She was very patient with us and you could tell she sincerely cared. She even went above and beyond to make sure I had received Coco's ashes. I have three more fur babies and as long as Dr. Nicolette Michelli is available, I know the experience will be pleasant when that time comes again.

Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.

Dr. Whitman was kind and patient with both Kiwi our fur baby and us as we faced this sad decision. She gave us time as we went through the process and treated our girl with dignity. I loved that she was wrapped in a flower blanket when we sad our last good bye to her. The cremation service that Dr. Whitman used was also thoughtful. The wood box with her name on it and the velvet bag it came in was lovely. I would highly recommend Dr. Whitman when one has to face end of life with their fur baby.
Dr. Nakaya was an absolute blessing to us. In such a heartbreaking moment, she brought compassion, warmth, and quiet strength. She guided us with care and gave us the space to say goodbye to our sweet Monster with love and dignity. Because of her, our sweet boy was able to pass peacefully in a place where he felt safe and loved. We are forever grateful.
Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Dr. Briell was wonderful with our Millie. She listened to our stories, let us laugh and cry and explained everything very thoroughly. This was our first experience with in-home euthanasia and we are sold. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to say a peaceful goodbye to their beloved pets.

Dr. Lis Pilago was exceptionally kind, caring, and compassionate. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that requires her service. It is such a sad situation when you are losing a loved one but it is best to have it done in your pet’s most comfortable place; in their own home.
Dr. Murray provided a very professional and respectful session during our difficult time. He was patient, kind, calm, and soft spoken which was comforting. We did not at all feel rushed and he gave our family private time with our cat during the final moments before our goodbye.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr John was everything we needed that day. Patient, understanding, compassionate and professional. Everything was so professional, and Dr. Dover was absolutely amazing. My sweet Benny boy couldn’t have gone any more peaceful. I was a complete mess, but Dr. Dover was so sweet and comforting.
Dr. April was a godsend. Making the final decision after the emotional debate; back & forth; am I making the right decision?; I think she could hold on a little longer... she help make the process bearable. She sat with us, cried with us and explained the process with compassion. She gave us time and space to say our final goodbye. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way with anyone else. She was the best and I highly recommend her.
She was very caring of Snowie and offered lot of opportunity to answer any of my questions. She followed up with me after and extended her sympathies the day Snowie passed and afterwards.
Dr. Clem was very respectful and patient with us. Butters was in a lot of pain and she was prioritizing his pain while managing our grief very gracefully. Butters was not even scared, and he usually doesn’t like strangers. That says a lot about the presence that Dr. Clem has - gentle and caring. Butters passed in my arms and having Dr. Clem with us made the process bearable.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Dr Stadler is awesome. Very kind and thoughtful. Explained the process and procedure well. Putting your best friend down is a very painful experience. Having a kind warm genuine individual to deal with and walk you through the pain is very helpful. Having them come to your home is the only way to do it. Thank you Dr Stadler.
Dr. Jennifer Dykstra was a God-send to help our beautiful,much loved Labrador Retriever cross the Rainbow Bridge. We are heartbroken to have lost our constant companion of almost 15 years but Dr. Dykstra's gentleness and caring/nuturing nature was very calming to us in the midst of our sadness. Please call her should you need her.
When Dr. Who, my 15 year old cat with kidney disease, suddenly became very sick, I knew it was time to say goodbye. I was grateful to have the option of calling Dr. Ayala with CodaPet. Dr. Who passed quietly in his own bed, surrounded by love. Dr. Ayala couldn't have been more kind and understanding. The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.

Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Saying goodbye to our dog Lucy was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to face, but choosing in-home pet euthanasia was absolutely the right decision for HER (and for us) Lucy was only 7.5 years old. She lost her vision at the age of 5 and spent the last 2.5 years navigating the world in darkness. She adapted in her own way, relying on familiarity, scent, and the comfort of home. That’s why we knew we didn’t want her final moments to be in a stressful, unfamiliar environment like a veterinary office. Dr. Murray, who came to our home showed incredible compassion. He took the time to sit with us and ask about Lucy, what she loved, her personality, her routines. It didn’t feel clinical or rushed; it felt personal, respectful, and deeply human. Because Lucy was blind, she didn’t experience fear or confusion about being taken somewhere new. To her, it was simply another calm moment at home—another visitor stopping by. That gave us an incredible sense of peace. Dr. Murray patiently walked us through every step of the process, making sure we understood what was happening and what to expect. Most importantly, he gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. There was no pressure, no rushing—just quiet support during one of the most emotional moments of our lives. Lucy passed peacefully, surrounded by the people who loved her, in the place where she felt safest. We are so grateful for the empathy and professionalism shown to us and to Lucy. For anyone facing this difficult decision, I cannot recommend in-home euthanasia enough. It allowed Lucy to leave this world with dignity, comfort, and love. It gave us the chance to say goodbye in the most meaningful way possible.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. The decision to euthanize our beloved Frankie was an extremely difficult, but ultimately necessary one for his sake. Dr. Lewis was incredibly caring and understanding of the difficult time our family was going through. She explained everything in full detail and provided a calm environment for our baby to rest. She was very flexible and went out of her way to arrive 5 hours earlier just to fit our needs. As a healthcare provider it was so comforting to see her dedication to what she does and is the exact type of person you need in those moments.
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. I cannot say enough about codepet and Amy she was the most compassionate caring understanding non-rushing right there with us explaining everything to a tee I just couldn't ask for anything better she made the hard decision that we had to do easier for Dill and us to and as though we are still grieving his loss we have added another baby to the house which is helping the follow-up after is spectacular I mean grieving groups grieving pamphlets I mean it's just unreal all that they do

This is the second time Dr. Allison has been there for us in such a difficult time in our lives. I requested her immediately when we knew our 16 month old golden doodle Rutledge's cancer was terminal. She is so very respectful, knowledgeable, loving, kind and calming. The peace we felt in this process at home was priceless. My sweet baby crossed over with his family and his animal family by his side while eating hotdog and whipped cream. Words are just not enough to describe what Dr. Allison gives to her patients and their families. Thank you so much for providing this alternative to traditional euthanasia at the office. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. Dr. Tolbert made saying goodbye to our kitty a surprisingly positive experience, considering how painful it was. She was kind to us and our surviving kitty, who was bonded to the one we had to say goodbye to. She gave us advice on how to help him with his grief, and allowed him to be there so he would understand what was happening. We had our baby's ashes back in less than a week, as well as fur clippings, nose & paw prints, and a clay print. Our urn is beautiful. She shared knowledge about our kitty's cancer and assured us this was the right choice and that he looked great for his age. The peace she provided was well worth it for our family, and we highly recommend reaching out to her when your pet's time comes.
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! Oh my gosh, this is Been such a difficult time losing our beloved Mr Jude. Dr Sarah Crozier was so caring and supportive. She is a patient and kind person. Though were hoping we wouldn't have to do this, I'm so grateful that we found her and were able to allow him to have a very peaceful loving final moment in his home.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. I can't express the gratitude to Dr. Jessica enough as she made this as peaceful as can be for all of us:) Thank you Dr. Jessica!
Dr. April was wonderful. She was kind, empathetic, and patient. She listened to my daughter and me talk about our memories with Emerson. She cried with us. She fully explained the process and assured us that we were giving Emerson peace and freedom from pain. She helped us save memories with locks of Emerson’s fur and paw prints. She made sure that Emerson left with dignity, carrying him gently in a comfortable bed. She helped make this most difficult time meaningful.
Dr. Murray brought a level of peace and comfort to our home during the most difficult time of our life. We feared his (and any vet's) presence would feel somewhat dark knowing what was about to happen. However, when he got to our home, he sat with our Jax and just wanted to learn about him, his life, his favorite things, and our favorite memories with him. He gave us all the time we needed and comforted us. We miss our Jax and Dr. Murray helped us give him the send off he deserved.
Dr. Ayers was kind, compassionate and very mindful of what was happening. She asked questions, explained the process, and checked in with us throughout to make sure we understood and were ready for the next step. She was patient and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved dog. She made a very painful situation as easy as it could be logistically. Also codapet.com made the schedule process quick and simple during a challenging time. I’m so grateful for the graceful way we were able to deal with the passing of our loved one.
