Your credit card is required to reserve your appointment. However, no payment is required until the appointment and nothing is due until the appointment is completed
We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

Options for your pets return home and memorabilia depend on your local provider. Your vet coordinate the return of your pet’s ashes and let you know if there are additional fees for urn delivery.
Extra time or medications needed can affect the total price. Other factors can be if it is decided that it’s not time to euthanize your pet after the vet has arrive. In that case, only the travel fee, platform fee, and a quality of life consult would apply.

Yes, upon arrival the veterinarian will assess your pet. This can look different than an “nose to tail” examination in a clinic setting and will focus more on the pet’s history and quality of life.

Dr Walden was wonderful and able to arrive the same morning we made the request. Our dog was in a great deal of distress throughout the night and we couldn’t get him in the car to take him to our vet, so we sought out the in home euthanasia. She was very caring and able to make his last moments very peaceful after a long night. We highly recommend Dr Walden to anyone considering the in home option for their pet.
It was incredibly hard deciding that it was best to end Harley’s suffering and I knew that it was best for her to do it at home as she hates the car and going to the vet, she also dislikes most new people but she didn’t show any signs of that with Dr Mary as her gentle demeanor put us all at ease right from the start. This was an incredibly hard thing for my kids and I to be a part of but it was also the most peaceful experience I could ask for, for us and for Harley. We will forever be grateful to Dr Mary and the way in which she went about explaining things and her compassion for it all. It’s clear she loves animals and in loving animals sometimes this is the best most loving thing we can do for them.

Our sweet Bella, the calico in the front, passed away at the age of 9 in August 2025 with Lymphoma. Losing our sweet Bella to cancer was heartbreaking. We are still in mourning, but we are so thankful we found CodaPet. It was Daniella who helped make Bella's last moments as dignified, comfortable, and painless as possible. This decision was extremely hard to make even though our veterinarians told us it was time. We decided we wanted Bella to be home with us and her siblings for her passing. After Daniella arrived at our home, Daniella gently guided us through the process, helped us get mentally and emotionally ready, and gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. She never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to comfort us through the hardest time pet parents have to face. Our Bella passed peacefully in the home she knew and loved with her siblings close by. After her passing, her two siblings were then able to say their goodbyes. Then, Daniella placed her in a beautiful bed she brought and covered her gently with a blanket. Once we were ready to say our final goodbyes, we carried Bella to Daniella's car laying in that bed. The car was not only very clean, but where Bella was laid was decorated beautifully. There was even a little vase with flowers. We were then able to kiss her one more time as she just looked like she was sleeping. Daniella hugged us and let us know as soon as she received her ashes, she would bring them to us. We they came, she even made them extra special giving us clippings of her hair as well (per our request). Every detain from the time Daniella introduced herself to us to the time we received her ashes, was the highest care we could have ever received. As we write this review, we are filled with gratitude tears with every memory. Even though we wish our sweet girl, could still be with us, we are truly grateful we could give her the most peaceful passing at home with CodaPet. having had to put a few dogs to sleep at the Vets office, doing it at home was a much better experience. Dr Camille was wonderful, very respectful and an extremely nice person. She made the process as good as something like this can be.
This was our 2nd experience with Codapet Dr Christina Vernon in less then a year. Our boy Loki age 9 a Pittbull 110lb had a mass on his rear leg it was getting worse over time but the only solution was amputation or keep him comfortable. We decided to keep him comfortable. When we acquired him from his previous owners he was sickly & about 60lbs. We knew try our best to keep him healthy & Loki knew will let us know. We determined it was getting close so we scheduled our appointment (hands down in home Euthanasia the best we have done in office at the vet so impersonal, rush you & they really don't seem to care like a cattle cart Next please, no way if you can affordit best solution). We woke up Saturday morning & we knew but we previously spoke with Dr Christina & asked might need you sooner & we did ( appt was for the Tuesday following). Dr Christina showed up Compassionate, Empathetic & understanding. Dr Christina gave Loki a calming gel hence a Pittbull to get him to relax, gave treats & chocolate which one dropped Loki was going to find that candy. Then we chatted & applied the sedative made Loki really relaxed funny he was always a loud snoreer but this was loud as he laid on my lap tagged his tail a couple times. Dr Christina asked if we wanted more time but you always want one more day & not enough time. Dr Christina got on the floor admistered the injection & Loki was at Rainbow Bridge greeted by his Sister & other siblings he never knew. We put Loki on a stretcher, cover him we choose cremation & a urn & Dr Christina will take him & bring him home. Even the back of Dr Christina car had a candle, blanket & beautiful rainbow bridge picture. Loki always one more day, slobber kisses, my cuddler, the dog hair or whinning to get on the bed. I miss you Biggest. Honestly if you can afford in home Euthanasia its relaxing for you the Pet owner, the animal & sometimes just want one more hug.
