Your credit card is required to reserve your appointment. However, no payment is required until the appointment and nothing is due until the appointment is completed
We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

Options for your pets return home and memorabilia depend on your local provider. Your vet coordinate the return of your pet’s ashes and let you know if there are additional fees for urn delivery.
Extra time or medications needed can affect the total price. Other factors can be if it is decided that it’s not time to euthanize your pet after the vet has arrive. In that case, only the travel fee, platform fee, and a quality of life consult would apply.

Dr. Jones did a great job. During a difficult time for our family she guided us through the entire experience. Before the visit she explained everything and asked if we had any questions. During the proceedure she was calm and very respectfull of our emotions. She was very professional and we are grateful that our fur baby spent his final moments at home, with family. Thank you so much for removing complication and stress from a tough day for our family.

We recently had Dr. Kelsey Jones come to our home to help us say goodbye to our Stevie girl, and she was truly incredible through one of the hardest days we’ve had as a family. From the moment she arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure Stevie was as comfortable and calm as possible, especially knowing she could be quite anxious. She took her time, answered all of our questions, never once made us feel rushed, and walked us through everything with so much compassion and reassurance. It’s such an emotional and difficult experience, but Dr. Jones helped us send Stevie off in the most peaceful and loving way possible. We will always be grateful for the kindness and care she showed not only to Stevie, but to us as well.

This was the best possible experience I could have had with having to put down my 15 year old cat and wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Natasha Novik and CodaPet for this service. I woke up at 2am on 5/5 and had to make a hard decision. In my case, I was able to schedule an appointment that same day with appointments as early as 8:00am, the prices are very clearly listed and depending on the vet it will list whether they offer cremation services, etc. The website was extremely easy to use and the instructions were very straight forward...so naturally I expected something to go wrong :) . Nothing did. Natasha was extremely kind and took me through the entire process slowly and with care and my friend passed away comfortable and at home. She asked anytime she needed to move or manipulate him and explained why she was doing things as well as possible consequences or reactions to prepare. She allowed us to take all the time we needed before respectfully and gently taking him away. If the timing is right and you are able I would highly recommend this service.
